I chose Mowshop because they had the best price for what I wanted. The reviews also gave me confidence.
The online order process was very easy, and the communication and delivery was excellent and quick.
The order arrived in tact and the quality is exactly what I would expect of Stihl. I haven’t tested the chainsaw properly but it’s put together and working.

I just purchased a Stihl 50 Cordless Hedge Trimmer AK system with charger and battery. It was delivered within 2 days all in the box. It is simply an excellent trimmer takes me 2 hours what used to take me 2 days I highly recommend the company and the trimmer.

Got in touch with this company after looking on the web page (had questions). Very helpful staff, gave me guidance which wasn't bias and pointing me in the right direction for a purchase, turns out to be a very good chain saw.

The service was excellent and the staff member who dealt with my order was very attentive and helpful. Communications from the company were really good, keep me informed of progress.

Worth noting that the local carrier arrived in a small truck without a tail-lift. This was not an issue for us here, as the tractor and front loader dealt with the unloading.

Chainsaw is a little beauty....it's took me a couple of attempts to bring it to life...but it was worth the wait.

Mowshop is great, no issues at all with the company itself, i do not like the choice of courier though, APC. They do not care where they leave parcels, do not even knock at my door, ignore any notes left on door. Im buying £250 of batteries just to be slung on doorstep. Caught on guy on camera going to next door, so cannot tell any difference form numbers 5 and 6, then slings it over wall and walks off, i was home this time, cannot knock at my door? 2 out of 3 times had very poor delivery service, but MOWSHOP itself is great.

Best price for the Husqvarna mower that I wanted, and free delivery. I ordered on a Thursday evening, mower delivered the following Tuesday morning, which is excellent.

Excellent service, item arrived in 2 days exactly as stated by the company. Delivery was well packaged with quality goods inside. Their courier A.P.C. kept me up to date when goods would arrive which they did at the stated time. Hassle free company with competitive prices. Will use again , Many thanks.

Now shop did a fantastic job HOWEVER their couriers DID NOT. APC were atrocious. Thursday they said the parcel would be delivered Friday, Mid morning Friday they said they’d made an error and it would not be delivered, having taken time off work to be in for the delivery. Pathetic. Finally on Monday I received a text to say my parcel had been delivered, JOKE

Despite an initial error over the price quoted on the website an apologetic approach from Joe corrected this and the Stihl strimmer I purchased remained a great price & arrived much quicker than expected. Customer service & delivery via APC were excellent. I’d recommend this small company & definitely buy again from them. Thanks Joe!
