We are very happy with Mr Barks. The product is fantastic and our dog loves it! The service from Archie has been wonderful. When the product originally arrived, the zipper was broken and Archie arranged a replacement - thank you!

I experienced a supply and delivery problem with an item ordered from Mr Barks. Some three months lapsed but Mr Barks never gave up on my problem continually keeping me informed of my order status. Would I order from Mr Barks again? Absolutely! They are a small Aussie company and will I continue to support them. Archie,at Mr Barks, was great and kept me up to date as he tried to locate my order. Great customer service to solve a problem not of their making. Support Mr Barks you won’t be disappointed.

We got the single seat car seat for our Dachshund Max. It’s good because we can have a person in the back too. It keeps Max enclosed so he can’t try and climb in the front seat (which he was doing before) and it shades him from the sun. We bought a dog bed from Bunnings that fits inside the cover for comfort and the tether that came with the cover is perfect to clip onto his harness. Overall quite happy with it. The zipper is a bit hard to get done up when we put him in. The ordering and postage experience were good.

I bought the single seat dog seat cover. It keeps all the sand and most of the hair on her side of the car and there is still enough space at the back for a passenger. She does jump out from time to time but for the most part she stays in it. Probably not great for a dog who likes to jump all over the back seat as they can just jump out.

I followed up on an email saying my order had been shipped but found the shop app had not been updated (obviously a glitch in the system). Mr Barks emailed me right back confirming the package had been dispatched and even followed up to confirm when the second one was dispatched. His follow up after delivery was wonderful too, ensuring both packages had arrived and we were happy with them. The products are great!

I’m so impressed with this company and their doggy car seat. After some initial postage issues, they sent me another which arrived promptly. Has been a great seat for my puppy, especially as we like to get out and about daily. Trips to the creek or beach are better now as she has an enclosed space and both my children can sit in the backseat without being climbed over.

Product is excellent. There was a problem with delivery (not the vendors fault) and they acted quickly to rectify it. Communication was great. Recommend

Our product arrived nicely foldered up. When we put it into our landcruiser it fitted perfectly.
We are yet to put our girl Tia in and trial it with her.
The product itself appears to be very sturdy and easy to put into place.

I've brought a few items for the car & my shar pei is now more balanced in the back of my sedan! The black & white mat over the top of dog carrier ! Ordered monday, dispatched ,turned up friday ! Thank you. Mr Barks.

Fantastic products and helpful customer support. I love the quality of the products, my recent purchase was the plush dog bed to use on our car seat cover and it is the perfect match. I have 2 large dalmatians that I use these products for and they are brilliant. The car seat cover is easy and quick to put on the back seat also.

Purchased 6 months ago. Happy at first but over time zips broke, base sagging down so propped up in footwell and retaining straps constantly need retentioning. Dog only 36kg's

I made an order for a seat cover for my car so hopefully I don't get fur everywhere lol it arrived here in New Zealand before the week was up. Archie was very helpful with changing my address and making sure it arrived safely.

All these reviews are fake. Look up the business details, clearly shows he's in United States but lies to his customers claiming to be from Australia. Your items won't arrive (like mine did) and they will not respond to your enquiry now they have your money and hope that you will take the loss. Buy locally, not this Chinese garbage, save yourself the headache

Quick and friendly response when I had a question via email. My 2 dogs and I love the product. I purchased the dog seat cover and it’s perfect. Exactly what I wanted.

The carcseat cover arrived very quickly even though it was ordered a day after the boot cover. Only picked it up yesterday. Have set up the car seat which was very easy. However have not used either yet. As we are planning a trip looking forward to furbabies being safe and comfortable
