This company is great to deal with and the quality of the dog seat is great. I ordered two singles which were bigger than I thought they would be but my dogs love them. Unfortunately my package was still not delivered after 10 days. Contacted Mr Barks and they responded straight away and re sent the parcel the next day. I ended up getting my new parcel and also the old parcel turned up the next day. I contacted Mr Barks and they told me to keep both because of the inconvenience. Great customer service service and product quality is fantastic

Great products. The matt took longer to get here than the dog bed and i feel there needs to be a non slip bottom on the matt as it moves around but all in all a great product for travelling with our fur kids.

We recently purchased a boot liner cover for the cargo area of our medium size SUV, which has quite a large rear cargo area. Unfortunately, when we tried the boor liner, the rear boot/hatch lid will not shut, as the sides stick out too far. The sides are really thick and stiff, so cannot be folded in or folded down.
I emailed the company, with photos. Despite saying in the ad: "If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will do whatever it takes to make it right. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products.", that is NOT what happens. They said no refund is possible - their only suggestion was I try to sell on Facebook Marketplace!
After responding quickly the first time, they have now not responded to any further emsils from me.

MrBarks went above and beyond with organising a new plush dog bed to be sent out to me (at no extra cost) after mine unfortunately developed a tear in one of the seams. They were very responsive with all their communication via Messenger, Email, etc. and let me know what was happening every step of the way which made a huge difference and relief to know that they care and have a very supportive after-sales service. I have let family and friends know about their great pet products and of-course their exceptional after-sales service, and would highly recommend their local business to all looking for fantastic pet products at affordable prices.

We purchased the half seat for our dog as she found the leather seats slippery.
The size, quality and strength of the base is perfect for our Shetland Sheepdog.
The ordering process and the speed of delivery was spot on.

I reached out to MrBarks support team as Itvseemed like my order was stuck at the depot and Archie was super helpful and followed up with me the whole way, really great customer service!
My order arrived and it's perfect! I got the half sized travel crate as I have a small car and my stepdaughter is often with us so it's Prefect, it allows space for her and my crazy boarder collie Jenny now can't jump all over her and can still enjoy hanging out the window on trips.

Terrible quality product shipped with flimsy plastic panels that are incapable of holding the weight of even a medium size dog, let alone the "170kg" claim on their website. No metal clips on the front seat support tabs, despite this being claimed on their website. Thin, flimsy clips supplied for the side supports. And their "30-day money back guarantee" policy is only applicable if the product is damaged on arrival. Sketchy, shoddy, awful business.

I looked at so many pet seat protectors and settled on Mrbarks then held my breath. It arrived and it was GREAT just what we needed for our growing pup and she thinks its great too, thanks Mrbarks

I received my Mr Barks car seat cover. I have previously ordered one for a family member. Its of good quality and my dog loves it. The customer service follow up from Archie was excellent.

I was very happy with the online service from start to finish, I couldn't find the discount email, was applied no questions asked, found it later in spam and then a courtesy email after I received my order asking if I am happy with the item. Love the dog seat, pretty much clip the strap onto back seat headrest and also the front seat headrest, then just zip up the sides, happy dayz! I am happy my boy no longer has to sit without having to put his front paws on the floor, the dog seat floor runs right from the back seat to the back of the front seat. He can now lay down without having to lay across the back seat with his legs hanging over. It protects my upholstery, no more dirt across the car seat. I lay a towel or non slip mat to give a little more layer of comfort as well. I like the quilted look and neutral colour, my car is protected and my pup is contained and comfortable.I have a pic of him sitting in it, can't find where to upload, very happy pup Mum. (Heard about it at the dog park, saying she brought a hammock style seat that sagged but then found Mr Barks and the dog now has a flat surface to sit without sagging)
