We purchased the dog carrier for the back seat of our car. It’s perfect because we can have a passenger sit along side our dog. We had a small issue but communication was easy and the issue dealt with promptly. Customer service and delivery, excellent!

Great product, a tad to big for my Toyota corolla, had to modify the base. Lucky I'm handy and can measure how to cut the hard base plates as they would do damage to the interior, Nulla my dog loves it!

After a problem with the delivery address( my bad) mr barks replaced the item. Thankyou

I am a professional dog trainer, and after buying my new car I needed a cargo protector that would work with the large dimensions of the Subaru outback, but not just a liner to cover the space, it also needed to be sturdy, water resistant, reliable, and look good! I absolutely found that with Mrbarks. I am thrilled with the product, and after a few weeks of use I am still incredibly happy. I also found customer service great to deal with when I had a question.

Stay away from this seller. Says shipping from Sydney warehouse in <10 hours. Delivery by Australia post arriving in 1-3 days.

Reality check? Comes from China. Still waiting after two weeks - nothing has arrived.

Emailed support. Get ai response saying they totally understand my frustration but ran out of stock in Sydney. What a load of .

Dishonest. Refusing a refund even though they have a 30 day return policy for any reason.

They no longer respond to my queries.

MrBarks customer service was amazing, keeping in touch during the delivery process as I am in New Zealand. I bought the single car seat for our dog and he loves it. Thanks so much for your product.

Good quality product. I purchased the boot cover which fits reasonably well considering it is a generic fit (BMW X2). The quality is good, keeps the boot free from hair and dirt and my dog is comfortable. The boot lip cover folds over the bumper to prevent scratches when getting in and out.
Only issue was the delay in delivery, took 2.5 weeks to arrive, however customer service was responsive and reassuring.

I recently had cause to request a replacement on a faulty item. Archie contacted me and after sending him a picture, he organised a replacement product which arrived within days. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Archie was so very helpful with my order. It wasnt delivered as I had entered the wrong details from my end. Archie found where my parcel had eneded up and got it to me within a couple of days. I
m very thankkful he took the time to help me out.

The seat cover is awesome and my dogs are very happy to be allowed back in my car.

Great product

A great idea - I have a 25-kilo Groodle who gets car sick. It's very difficult to clean up. This does a great job of protecting my car seats. Also, it stops him from moving around in the back.

The fact that when my seat arrived it was faulty, I emailed straight away with photos, they responded quickly, and sent out a a replacement that came quicker than the original. Very greatful and happy with my purchase, I would trust doing buisiness with Mr Barks again thank you so much for the your updated correspondence during this time
