Filter screen does not lift and litter is left behind grate. It needs to be manually lifted for the clean litter to fall into the box. Used various types of clumping litter and that does not seem to help. The fragrance freshener does not do anything and the bin needs to be changed on a daily basis. Have sent emails and a video of the issue and have been advised they will check with the team. Still no response to resolve as yet.

We got the car seat cover, and it works wonders we have an 8yr Bull massif x and a 18 week old kelpie x, the cover gives extra room for them both to be able to seat comfortably in the back. I love the mesh that stops our bull massif from putting his head in the middle console. Bonus that it will keep the car seats clean as well. Very easy to set up. Great customer service, we are moving and I was worried we wouldn’t receive our purchase in time, but they sent through tracking and keeled me up to date along the way. We didn’t receive the extra buckle that was purchased but after we use the seat cover and I don’t think we really need it. Excellent customer service and very pleased with the product. I had some issues with the car seat cover and contacted the company. They were fabulous. They listened respectfully and responded promptly. They shared my concerns about travelling safely in the car with my big puppy and replaced the unit.

The service I received was exceptional. I didnt complain expecting a refund or replacement, but just wanted to provide fedback so they could improve their product for future puppies. Mr Barks exceeded my expectations with understanding and courteous communication, fully understanding my perspective. Mr Barks mainatined contact with me, ensuring I was aware of what was happening at each step.

I didnt receive any tracking on my product. I reached out to the team and they responded so promptly and sent the tracking. They also followed up to ensure it arrived safel.
Im so happy with the dog seat and so is my dog. The quality is excellent.

I would definitely buy from them again the product is great quality but service is 100 times better. I didn’t receive my order and when I contacted them they investigated and sent another back seat cover immediately which arrived yesterday. What a great business 100% from me

The item arrived and is not big enough for my dog. I wrote to the company explaining that I'd like to return the item and purchase the larger version. I was advised that it was not possible to get a refund but I was welcome to purchase the larger size. This goes agains their guaranteeas advertised - We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products. I am dissappointed that they are not honouring their own policy. I have written back and received no response.

Excellent customer service from Archie when I thought our package had gone missing. Quick with emails and replies and suggestions. Our two dogs now have their own space as we travel Australia full time.

I cant rate this company highly enough. I ordered a car seat cover. When it arrived, unfortunately, it was damaged. I got in touch straightaway and Archie was awesome. When I enquired about timing. I got a quick response. Product is great!

I decided my kelpie needed a single seat cover for our camping trips as we didn’t need the whole back seat taken up. We received it quickly from MrBarks but didn’t get around to setting it up for a few weeks. When we opened it and set it up we realised a couple of small side poles weren’t included so I contacted the company and immediately they express posted a whole new seat cover. We are over the moon with the support we have received as we only expected the missing pieces. It’s super easy to set up and remove when it’s not needed. Such a great product from and awesome company!

They told me to resell the product on Facebook marketplace. Don’t bother with this company!

Great product, well designed and thought out. Takes up about half of the backseat. Customer service answered questions quickly and with plenty of detail.
The delivery service was confusing though, I wasn't sure when it was going to arrive and the tracking never changed status - it just showed up 3-5 days after I ordered it.

It took a bit to get here once ordered, even though it said 6-10 business days. But once I received it. The product works as expected. Would definitely use Mrbarks again

Even though my parcel didn't arrive, as soon as I contacted the supplier I received a response stating they would look into the issue and get back to me. I was dubious but they were true to their word and resolved my problem. The product showed up at my door withing a few days of this. Great customer service.
