Cannot transfer or sync Google Photos from 1 account to another. Others seem to have had the same problem for some time with no resolution. Just get error messages or failed transfer.

Synchronisation nicht möglich!

Ich habe die Lifetime-Version erworben.

Dann erst teilt mir Multcloud mit, dass One-note-Dateien, die bei mir einen erheblichen Teil ausmachen und wichtig sind, nicht synchronisiert werden können.

Das wäre ja noch zu verschmerzen, kann man ja auch händisch machen. Aber dadurch, dass Dateien von Onenote nicht synchronisiert werden, wird der ganze Synchronisationsprozess von zwei Clouds mit rund 500 GB nicht durchgeführt.

Multcloud hat ein ganz eigenes Verständnis von Transparenz. Nach der Zahlung kommen die Einschränkungen - hmmm.

Weitere Kritik:
- Fehlermeldungen werden nicht erklärt. Erst nach dem Support-Kontakt wurden mir die Gründe für Synchronisationsfehler genannt

Die Idee von Multcloud ist klasse. Die Umsetzung nicht.

Be afraid.

I tried first the trial and it seemed okay. Once I paid for a subscription, instead of improving it failed miserably. Cloud transfer was usually less than 1 MB/sec, cut off constantly and claimed "success" erroneously (thus, eating up data). Then, I noticed that they do not have an invoice system and couldn't contact "Help". In summary, I suggest to avoid this provider.

Very Variable Transfer Speeds

Subcribed to transfer high amounts (1,7TB) from Dropbox to Google drive and Google photos. The first 500 GB went really fast, about in 3 hours. As being positively surprised I left a comment here and gave 5 stars. However, after that all the rest of my files have been really slow. The whole yesterday I got only avout 15 GB transferred. Very slow speed and errors seem to occur every once in a while making me have to start the transferring again. So the good first impressions very quickly changed to bad. Therefore, I'm changing my review as well :(

Multicloud save my resources...

I am going to start digital asset selling business. This software is not worth $1

This software is not worth $1

I bought a lifetime license with the intent of moving my cloud storage (Dropbox, iCloud, Google Drive) to my personal NAS. The description looked promising but in the end, the software didn't work for me at all. After multiple emails back and forth with tech service, I gave up.

The tech service support was abysmal, condescending and always seemed to think that my setup was the problem or I was ignorant. When I asked for a refund, they referenced back to a trial transfer that I did, and said since I appeared to use the software and now I was beyond the trial period, my refund request is denied. So I'm stuck with a lifetime license that doesn't do anything for me.

Initially, I set up two of my gmail accounts, but the third one could not be added for some reason. Never got that fixed.

Second, I could never get the software to access my NAS after trying multiple times using NAS, FTP, WEBDAV. Other software programs could access it easily, every time. This was the main problem since I couldn't transfer any cloud storage to the NAS. I ended up doing it locally via a much more time-consuming process (which they say is one of the key benefits of Multicloud.

Finally, after checking back, now it won't mount my iCloud storage. I deleted the connection and tried to add it back as new with the correct password and it won't let me connect.

Overall this is a terrible software and I feel like I was conned. (P.S. I almost never write reviews, but felt like warning people against this one warranted one).

Crooked

If you want to upgrade , they have different prices for same offer, very dishonest. In one place, lifetime is over $200 and in another place 129.00
I did pay 99 but then it refused to transfer claiming I need to upgrade!

So now I’m stuck, paid and it will not work

I was so happy initially but I’m very disappointed. If they don’t fix it in a day or 2, I’ll ask for a refund

They say to contact customer service or customer service told me that the limit for transfer is 8 gigabyte, that’s not enough. I hope they can just refund me my money. I’m not even using it.

took a little to set up

took a little to set up, but not bad. biggest issue was google not allowing to delete after transfer. I created a transfer album in google and then moved items to transfer in there, then delete. worked great. Multicoud is super easy!
