Munster Joinery Reviews

If I could give zero stars I would. Waited 18 weeks for windows to have half installed. Wrong measurements for the other half and they won’t provide us with a date for the remaining installation and it’s now two weeks later. Non existent customer service. Had heard extremely poor things about this company prior to using them however reviews online seemed okay so decided to go with them as prices seemed a bit lower but raging we didn’t pick another company now.

Ordered a composite door from Munster Joinery through Brian O'Dywer. The door is of extremely quality and the tradesmen worked efficiently to replace a 30 year old door and install the new one with very little disruption. Would highly recommend Munster Joinery.

Excellent service all round….
Robert did an amazing job sorting everything out…

We had the pleasure of dealing with Munster Joinery in December ‘25.
Our sales representative was Niall Fleming and we cannot recommend him enough. Along with receiving a quote we were very happy with, Niall supported us throughout the process. After fitting Niall again contacted us to ensure we were happy with our product and the service we received.
Very happy with Munster Joinery and Niall Fleming is a gentleman to deal with.

We recently had Munster Joinery fit the windows and doors in our new build in Carlow. From our initial enquiry right through to the finished result, their rep Ken Lacey was absolutely superb. He was professional, knowledgeable and always on hand to answer any questions we had throughout the process. We are thrilled with the finished product & that is all down to Ken's expertise and advice.
Absolute 5 star service. Thank you Ken.

The service from start to finish was exemplary. A simple initial call kick started the process and Munster Joinery take it from there. Our sales representative Ken Lacey could not have done any more for us with advice on size, type and colour of windows and doors to suit our needs. He oversaw the entire transition and followed up with calls after installation to confirm we were happy with the outcome. Post installation a service man will visit to inspect the installed windows and doors and if there's any need for a minor adjustment or tweak here and there nothing is a problem. The service that Munster Joinery provide is seamless from that initial call to the finished project.

Bill top man great to deal with great service.

Client facing Ken Lacey was excellent. Really helped with the decision process for what would work best for us. Gave us fair and realistic timeliness and delivered on that.
Pleasant experience start to finish.

Aidan was professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He made the process extremely straightforward, and was contactable if we needed any clarification.

From first contact with our rep Shane Rafferty, the service was excellent. A site visit was quicky arranged and we received our quote the next day for our new build. From date of site visit to fitting date was just two weeks. All fitted perfectly and follow up visit by the rep was the following week. Windows and door look fantastic, we could not recommend Shane and Muster Joinery enough!

Really delighted with Munster Joinery. From the initial consultation right through to installation, everything was seamless. Great value, the timeframe was exactly as promised, and the after-sales support has been excellent too.

A special mention to Brian, who was fantastic to deal with throughout — helpful, professional and always available when needed.

Would have no hesitation recommending Munster Joinery. 5-star service from start to finish!
