Murphy Door® Showroom Reviews

Savannah was very polite patient with me while reviewed my order. She offered me some upgrades, but was never pushy, which was very nice to see. She is great with the customers and when I’m ready to order my next-door hopefully she will be when I have to deal with. A top-notch employee thank you for everything.

Vica was quick, easy, and helpful. Appreciate her.

Alijah went step by step with me and helped me get the right door for me. Thank you Alijah.

Vica was great, very informational and I appreciate her willingness to communicate expectations so clearly

Vica was super friendly, knowledgeable about the product, and brought up additional points to consider that were helpful. I appreciated her help and time.

I love the fact there even IS a concierge service accompanying my order w Murphy Door. Vica is my concierge rep and she’s been excellent at answering my questions. Makes me feel super secure with my purchase that everything will be flawless.
As a commercial and residential GC, I look forward to making Murphy Door my premiere provider for all secret doors. This has been a signature service I enjoy providing my clients. And this level of customer service makes it that easier to work with them in the future.

Savannah was wonderful. Respectful, communicative and knowledgeable about the product. 10/10

Savannah did an awesome job. She was to the point on getting clarification on the order. But, the kind conversation after was the impressive part. She chatted with me about our areas we live in, things to do, etc. VERY pleasant young lady.

Savannah was extremely helpful and made the process very smooth thank you for the help!

Vica provided such great customer service! She went above and beyond what people were willing to do. My part was stuck in limbo somewhere in the world and she is going to ship me a new one overnight. Fantastic Vica.

I have really enjoyed speaking with Andrew our salesman and Vica our concierge. I’m very excited to receive my Murphy Door and get it installed and I know they will be around to help me with anything I need.

It was nice that Alijah contacted me to make sure I ordered everything correctly and made himself available for any questions I might have had. You really don’t see that type of service when ordering items, especially with that cost. So thank you to Alijah and Murphy door. Top notch service

The customer service with Vica was phenomenal. Very appreciative of having a second pair of eyes looking over the order to ensure it was correct size, color and what I wanted. Thank you

My husband and I are blown away with the outstanding customer service we received from Savannah. Moments after we purchased the door online, she called us to help personalize our order. She was knowledgeable about Murphy Door’s offerings including design, accessibility, & practicality. We enjoyed our time with her on the phone & would recommend this company based off of her concierge services alone.
