Savannah did an amazing job going over my order with me to make sure I didn’t have any questions before production began. Wonderful to work with

The company was extremely helpful and great to work with. The product was great and exactly what I was looking for, the delivery was handled professionally. In particular, customer service representative Anna helped me out tremendously with all of my questions and concerns .

SAVANNA ROCKS!!! I only wish all the other companies I’ve worked with in life operated so efficiently, fantastic buying experience thus far!

Savannah was knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions!

I enjoyed speaking with Savannah, she was very informative and answered all my questions.

Xavier and Savanna were fast to always help me and get all the answers I needed. They even followed up just the right amount to keep me on track. Super simple to order and gave me great confidence in the purchase. Thanks!

Vica was wonderful! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. She answered all of our questions and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service, so grateful for her help!

Recently ordered a door from Murphy door. The ordering process was very easy, and I truly appreciate the fact that the company follows up to confirm all order details. Savannah was wonderful in reviewing and confirming everything with me, and I really appreciated the fact that she followed up when I did not respond (Life gets in the way!); she was very friendly, and made sure that everything was correct before the order was submitted, and made sure that I had all of the details of delivery, etc. to be prepared for receiving the door. Cannot wait to receive it and get it installed!

Staff are very professional and courteous, answered all my questions and gave very clear and easy instructions. I've had the pleasure of having Savannah as my personal concierge and am very happy to know I can reach out to her anytime with other questions.

Alijah was super helpful in suggesting a more appropriate fit for Murphy Door/Bookcase in the space I provided him. Extremely professional customer service.

Friendly, answered my questions, and verified measurements. Very professional and thorough.

Vica was helpful and courteous of my time. She made valuable suggestions to the project

Alijah made the entire process easy. I have created customer service platforms for 30 years and you all have a good plan in place. I appreciate the effort to make sure you have it right and that I understand before any work starts. Doing so in a phone call gives us the feeling you care and warmer than an emailed form.

Really happy with the friendly and patient customer experience provided by Savannah and Jaden. Response times were very quick. Thank you both! Can’t wait!

Savannah was great! She went over every detail on all 3 doors and helped with getting just primer added so I can paint them myself.

Vica was amazing as my personal Concierge. We found a mistake in the materials and she immediately corrected and update the order to ensure it was as I needed. Great Service!! Honestly I miss this kind of service. This is an expensive purchase for me and I want it to be right. I feel much more comfortable after speaking with Vica that I will be satisfied. Thank you Vica!

Savannah was very helpful and made this process very seamless and informative. Very excited for our new Murphy Door.

Vica was able to help confirm all the details of my order, and bring something to my attention that I hadn't considered previously that would have ultimately been a costly correction or disappointed client. She helped submit the change and get us back on track towards our timeline for the Murphy Door installation we're performing for a client.

If you have the chance to work with anyone at Murphy Door for your ordering needs, id strongly recommend asking for Vica!

I purchased my first ever Murphy Door this morning. So far I have been very impressed, from ordering through Andrew to the follow up with Vica. This seems to be a first class organization.
