The concierge service call with Savannah was the best customer service experience I ve had in a very long time. The fact that Murphy door actually cares about the customers end result is fantastic. Making sure people understand what they are purchasing and how to receive and install the product is really impressive. Savannah was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Had a great experience with Murphy Door!

Sent pictures with measurements. “Andrew” replied quickly & answered all our questions, which were many. Had a couple of last minute changes that he was able to handle before placing our order.

After ordering “Savannah,” our concierge, contacted us to verify our order & make sure everything was correct & the step by step process going forward. She has been great at keeping us up to date.

Vica was great when reaching out to confirm that everything goes smoothly with my order. Great customer service

Vica was very courteous and made sure my order was correct. She also gave me some good information for when I receive my order.

Alijah was dope. He was really nice, personable and helpful. Actually one of the few customer service people that I enjoyed talking to cause he seemed like an actual person with a life and not some npc reading a script.

Great customer service, Alijah was awesome and answered all my questions, thanks!

Vica Robertson was a great and through, it was very much appreciated

Savanna was very informative and helpful, Assume your product will be just as great as the service I have received this far 😎👍

It was easy to order online. Once I ordered Alijah reached out and was fantastic! He made sure I had completed my order correctly and answered quite a few questions I had. He was able to text me which was easier while I was at work. He sent me pictures of what the latches would look like. We had a confirmation phone call that was quick and easy. He was great to work with.

Elijah was clear and very helpful in understanding the next steps and process for our order

Vica has been incredibly helpful! Super grateful for her assistance!

Alijah has been super helpful and friendly to deal with on my order. Appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure everything is correct. Also, he sounds hot!

I was so worried about ordering my Murphy Door because it seemed so complicated, and then…. I got on the phone with Alijah. He was so helpful and so professional. By the time we were done completing my first purchase, I already started planning additional doors and perhaps beds and shelves as well! If I would have know that Alijah was as there to assist, I would have made my purchase ages ago.

Very helpful!! No AI or long hold times to get a human! Politely answer any questions you have!

Ordering from Murphy Door was a breeze. They walked me through every step and made sure I was confident that I ordered exactly what I needed. Alijah was especially helpful with this. I highly recommend you visit their website and see what products they have. Thanks for all your help throughout the process Alijah!

Alijah was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and walked me through all the steps so that I could feel confident in my purchase. Highly recommend!

I thought it was really nice to have someone call and verify everything before just sending it out. I had ordered the book latch to go with the surface mount door and I had no idea it wasn’t going to work with that door. It was really nice to have the opportunity to talk with Alijah so I could cancel the book latch before it shipped. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions.
