Murphy Door® Showroom Reviews

Alijah was a pleasure to talk to and made sure all my questions were answered.

When I called with questions, a real person answered the phone! Andrew was knowledgeable and helpful. After I placed the order I got a call from Alijah who went over the details of my order including the specs and delivery instructions to make sure we were all on the same page and that everything was satisfactory. Kudos to both of them.

Savanna was a pleasure. I some how missed the actual opening size, so I’m very grateful she called

I spent a good time reviewing the details of the Murphy doors to be sure I got the one that fit the design within my home. Alijah Olson was absolutely the reason I was able to finalize my purchase!! He was fabulous, providing me all the necessary details and walked me through everything!! He is a 5-star SUPER STAR!!

Very professional and friendly. Alijah not only walk us thru the purchase, he was able to answer questions during our call and after the call was completed. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. Keep it up.

Vica was great. Despite some technical difficulties they got in contact with me and have been a pleasure to communicate with.

Vica was so patient and helpful! Very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through everything.

This is the first experience that I can honestly say of ever having a company reach out to me after simply placing an order on line for items that we researched hours wanting what we felt to be the exact solution for our needs. Moments after placing the order, to have a text message from Savannah congratulating on us on the purchase and to follow up with a phone call to walk me through the process after verifying our order and to let me know the process of how our items would be taken care of was truly a gift of customer service that seems to have been lost with many companies over the years. Thank you, Savannah, and for Murphy Doors. This is our 1st purchase and I'm sure will not be our last. Thank you! Mark & Lynne Blas
