Absolutely great service from MVS Watches.

I had been looking for an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra James Bond edition for around a year, and two weeks ago my regular Google search brought up MVS Watches who had one in absolutely brand new condition, unworn, and at a price I was willing to pay.

I emailed MVS with a couple of questions, and included my phone number. It was a Sunday afternoon, and yet Vincent messaged me via WhatsApp within 20 minutes of receiving my email to answer my questions.

I purchased the phone on-line and again via WhatsApp Vincent and I arranged the best day for me to receive the delivery.

Delivery was perfect. I received all the tracking information and the packaging was more than substantial.

On unpacking the watch I was thrilled. I didn't want the watch to live in its display case. I had our local Omega dealer adjust the strap to fit my wrist and it is now my "Sunday Best" watch. It is, so far, my best timekeeping watch too, losing about 1 second per day.

I would definitely recommend MVS Watches following the service I have received.

I’ve been watching for a while a Hublot Blue Magic on MVS watches page on eBay and then I moved across to their website. I’ve never purchased a watch online before as I’ve always gone into stores and dealt with everything face to face. After a few messages and very quick replies by Vincent, plus looking at all the excellent reviews on here I decided to purchase the above watch.
As I had a watch to trade in part exchange I sent Vincent several photos and he offered me a good part exchange price and I put a deposit down which as Vincent mentioned would take the watch off all the platforms they advertise it on.
I decided to travel to South Wales to meet Vincent in person and collect the watch. Everything went to plan as expected and I came home with a lovely Hublot.
Vincent does everything he says he’s going to do and is very professional, it was lovely to meet him today and I’d definitely purchase another watch or two from him in the future.

I had been on the lookout for a very specific Breitling for some months and came across an exceptional one on MVS Watches’ site. Vincent was incredibly quick to get back to me and kept me updated at every stage of the process. Within four days I had the watch in hand despite being on another continent and an ocean away. I seldom write reviews unless the experience is ABSOLUTELY exemplary. And in this case, I have to say that working with Vincent and MVS has been outstanding. Vincent is a watch collector's watch collector. He knows his stock, and works hard to get you the right piece. Communication was smooth and I will have now subscribed to the newsletter so I can see the new stock as soon as it arrives. As a watch collector for the past 20 years, I can tell you that places you can TRUST and ENJOY working with like MVS are rare. Highly recommended!

After looking for a particular Omega Limited Edition watch for a while I came across MVS Watches, the description on the website described the watch as everything I was looking for. I contacted MVS initially via email and quickly received a telephone reply from Vincent who was extremely helpful after a short and courteous conversation we agreed upon the purchase. The watch arrived the next day and although Vincent described the watch as excellent upon inspection that description was an understatement it was like a new AD purchase ! I had been searching the big name high street shops for a specific watch but either responses to questions were slow or the watch did no longer have all the correct manufacturer supplied documentation. I expanded my search via the internet and the exact watch appeared listed at MVS Watches. Using the online contact form to ask a few questions about the watch gained a response immediately from Vincent. He subsequently arranged a telephone call the following day to discuss in more detail. I was sceptical having never heard of MVS Watches before and the watch in question was a large sum of money. I should not have been worried, Vincent was brilliant, answering all of my questions immediately and expressing his expert knowledge of the watch and the industry in general.
The watch was purchased at a very competitive price, arriving in a very quick timeframe, expertly packaged with updates given at every stage of the delivery process.
I would highly recommend MVS Watches and intend to use Vincent again in the future.

January 2025 Update
Having been so impressed with my previous service from MVS watches, when they listed another watch that i had previously been considering, I had no hesitation in purchasing from Vincent again. Once again, service was to the very high standard received during my first purchase. If MVS Watches have the timepiece you are after, you will not be disappointed.

As others have said, I was initially a little nervous about purchasing a relatively high value watch without seeing it in person, but again as other reviews have stated, a chat with Vincent put me completely at ease and I was very happy to proceed.
The watch arrived within 24hrs of discusing with Vincent, was extremely well packaged, and is exceptional. It's in absolutely as new condition - including the presentation box and warranty cards - completely checks out 100% on Omega's Master Chronometer portal, and has gained maybe 2 seconds after running continuously for 7 days now - absolutely spot on.
I couldn't be more delighted with the watch, and Vincent was extremely pleasant and easy to do business with. He's very responsive - if you leave a phone or chat message he'll get back you you asap; took about 30 minutes for me as he was with a customer and then had to respond to calls left before mine, but a personal call back following my chat message filled me with confidence and secured a deal. Follow up communications were also excellent.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending MVS Watches 100%, will definitely be recommending to friends and no question will be doing business with them again.
