Having been all round the houses online, I came across MVS. I hadn't heard of this company before, but something made them stand out. This was definitely a case of me "buying the seller", and I'm very glad I did. Brilliant, reassuring service and communication, and everything exactly as you would hope. On top of that, the item I purchased was priced more reasonably than elsewhere. I'm delighted, and would highly recommend MVS Watches.

Flawless transaction.

Following my purchase on the website, I was immediately contacted by MVS to confirm my purchase and provide tracking information. I ordered in the afternoon and recieved the watch the following morning.

I was somewhat nervous about ordering a luxury watch online without seeing it in person. MVS’s returns policy for online orders allayed this concern. I need not have worried as the watch was as described and in pristine condition. It arrived exceedingly well packaged too.

I can’t recommend this seller enough. I’ll be keeping an eye on their website for future watch opportunities.

To me buying any luxury item online feels a bit daunting but after reading the reviews for MVS and after finding my dream watch on there I decided it was worth having a go.
Dealt with Vincent and traded a couple of questions back and forth giving me goods vibes so went ahead with the purchase.
Speedy dispatch and guaranteed next day delivery and very well packaged and my watch is most definitely 100% as described and perfect in every way.

Not everything in life goes to plan, but it is how a given situation is dealt with that really counts.
Having detected an engineering issue on a watch recently purchased from MVS Watches, a quick phone call to Vincent was all that was required to generate options to resolve the problem - one being a full refund, a second being an OEM retrofit of an upgraded component under warranty (the issue was a recognised engineering weakness on early models).
The former was chosen due to personal time constraints and the transaction was processed immediately.
The matter was completely outside MVS Watches' control, and I would have no hesitation in returning to Vincent should another model in his expending stock turn my head. 5 stars reflects my experience, even though it was not the intended outcome.
