Whilst the requirements seem ridiculous, this is government policy which the staff have no control over. Anelia made the whole process bearable with her professionalism and competence.

The whole experience from start to finish was easy to follow with the help of Saretha. She was extremely helpful from the beginning of the application process and all the steps along the way! I received perfect instructions that were easy to follow and received encouraging reminders if we hadn’t emailed something yet. We received the new passport in a timely manner!

I used UK abroad for 3 family applications. Christa was our consultant and she was amazing! She let us know what documents were required and answered all my questions quickly. She kept us up to date with how the applications were progressing and what extra info was required to complete one application.

I worked with Miguel whose instructions were very clear and concise, with good explanations what was needed and why, explaining the next steps at each stage.
It was unfortunate that DHL was used as currier, they were the only negative part of renewing my passport, they were totally unreliable.

I went online to renew my British Passport ... filled out the form and paid the fee.
To my surprise I received an email from Shaun (UK Passport Consultant ... with his photo attached) advising that my application had been received and that he would be my contact to help me through the process. The next step was clearly described, and after I'd completed that step I replied to confirm as requested.
For each step I received acknowledgement and an update from Shaun. The whole process was made easy & stress-free ... I felt fully supported all the way.
Gosh!! This is good old-fashioned customer service ... such a novelty these days and I love it!
Thank you for having people in your team (like Shaun) treating people with care and respect and providing fabulous support through a task that could be intimidating.
I will be telling lots of people about the UK Passport service. Top marks from me!!

Jan's outstanding support with helping me deal with my lost passport complications with having dual citizenship and making sure I received my new passport in time with such short notice. Madeleine was extremely efficient, replying to our queries promptly. So many documents to get together for this Application. Madeline explained everything in detail with very clear instructions.

My consultant/helper, Jan was amazing. He even rang rather than rely on the email to advise what we needed to do. As I am of the older generation, I found this very helpful. He was there to advise & reach out throughout the whole process of the passport. Jan kept me informed of everything throughout the passport process. When it was received, photos were correct or how to take the correct photo & how to send them correctly. Jan advised when everything was received & the process was happening. He advised me when they were being sent & when to even expect delivery. I was very happy to advised Jan that I had received my passport. Overall Jan was truly amazing & I can't express how much I appreciate his assistance. Thank you.

Great service from the UK Passport Office when applying for my UK Passport. The process was easy and exceeded my expectations. My UK Passport Consultant Brittany was excellent quickly helping me with any queries I had.

As I am technically challenged entering info on line is difficult at times, but Brittany was amazing and made the process so much easier. She explained everything so well and made the whole issue pleasurable instead of daunting, plus a good learning experience for me.
