I spent a week getting quotes and looking around other tyre stores as I was on a pretty tight budget. MyCar was the only store I found that had a premium tyre brand (Continental) within my price range. I booked the tyre change and wheel alignment easily on their website and got it done the next day. The wheel alignment seems to be good, I was shaking pretty bad at higher speeds and that no longer happens and the tyres feel good. I had my spare tyre on when I dropped my car off and asked if they could please just chuck it in the boot. They put it back in it’s correct position under the mat which was just a little gesture that I appreciated.

Easy book in process, you can speak to the actual mechanic before the service to explain if there are any issues you want looked at. When you pick up the car following the service you again speak to the mechanic to hear what was completed in the job.

Polite, prompt service.

I was having the week from hell and to top it off got a puncture in my tyre after a loooooong day at work. I pulled into the MyCar and asked for help. Without hesitation the staff assisted. Changed my tyre for the spare so I could get home, fixed the puncture and swapped over the next day. They were so polite, friendly and helpful, despite that I could see they were frantically busy themselves. Saved my sanity.

I have had an ongoing issue with my car for a number of months- however Mycar has only just been able to identify it on their computer. they found no problem when they drove it previously.They referred me to Ford and it is very expensive to fix.
Another mechani identified it immediately when he drove it.

Went to get the AC fixed on my car. Alarm bells started to ring when they said they'd get in their AC guy. Quoted me $750 to replace a valve. I took it elsewhere and got the job done for $400. Their AC guy phoned me and told me I owed him $150 for diagnostic tests, to which I told him in no uncertain terms I was not paying. To give My car their due, they didn't ask for any payment, but they should not have passed on my details to the 3rd party without my permission. I'm sure they broke a privacy law here.

If it's a general service they are good, I've used them lots of times, but if it's something more specialised cut out the middle man and go straight to the specialist.

Great service from MyCar. They fitted and balanced 4 new tyres, performed a wheel alignment on my BT50, and included a free tyre care plan. Great value. Highly recommend!
