Review zonder uitnodiging
Bloody useless
Bloody useless. Inspected car, and said it was fine. Possible O2 sensor problem but no code. He failed to mention or find that it had a massive transmission problem which I found after 10sec of diving. It's now underivable and I've now been quoted $8,000 to fix the thing.

Horrendous experience, unsafe vehicle and out of pocket.
Horrendous experience. Mycar Casula changed my two front tyres for expensive Pirellis. However, they didn't check anything under the car or advise me that the control arm bushings were shot which would have been immediately apparent when looking at the car, fitting the tyres and they wouldn't have been able to do a wheel alignement. But they charged me for it all anyway. The car immediately handled terribly, and was unsafe causing more than one dangerous incident with my family in the car. My brand new Pirellis were destroyed in less than 3 months as a result. The response from Mycar Casula was "not my problem" and they haven't responed to my email requesting a remedy. I had to go to the local Tyre Power in Baulkham Hills who prefessionally and diligently looked after me and replaced both control arms and 4 new tyres so my car is safe again. I will never visit this store again.
