Woke up to a flat rear tyre and also a flat spare! The Wanniassa branch were great at booking me in for two new tyres with 30mins of the call and the Fyshwick branch had them changed in an hour. Cannot fault the speed or quality of the service or staff and big thanks to the Wanniassa branch for getting me in quickly!

Amazing customer service
I had a flat tyre with no spare to replace the flat, resulting in my vehicle needing to be towed to MyCar Fyshwick. To make it even more stressful, it was almost closing time leading into the Easter long weekend. Reece and the team were amazing they got it sorted on the spot. Reece was absolutely amazing
Reece was absolutely amazing, friendly and looked after me, the wait while my car was being done was relatively quick. I know my car is well looked after and unlike other mechanics Reece doesn't try to extort money out me being a woman, he is straight forward and explains what any issues that arise are and how we can fix them.

The mechanic Adam gave very good advice about the need for a rear spring upgrade on my tow vehicle and completed the trailer inspection and admin very quickly. Great service.

Knowledgeable and helpful service.
Matt was very helpful when I arrived on closing time with squeaky brakes after driving from Qld. He very promptly checked and fixed the problem, explaining fully the issue. He was very kind and generous. Totally recommend the service and knowledge at My Car Fyshwick.

Suboptimal customer car
The car service was fine but the staff just handed me the car keys thereafter without explaining my car really requires urgent repairs about the the diminished brake fluid and torn lower control bush. The staff told me my car was OK but I did not trust him and went to My car Queanbeyan branch for another advice. From there, the Queanbeyan staff advised me to book my car for subsequent repair on a succeeding week.
