Very thorough inspection and report. Communication due to weather delays excellent at all stages

The guys at pimpama are great I went there with an issue with car’s suspension they went through and checked all the bushes etc band told me what they had found and even had a quote to replace the worn parts rung me and told me what issue was and a price to fix was done that day

Have been having our cars (Lexus and Mercedes) serviced at mycar for the past 3 years. Always been really happy with the service. The last service was booked and paid online, upon picking up the car I was given a really thorough handover of the car and even a refund for a filter that didn't need changing at the time. Really appreciative.

From customer service to the labour and pricing . A1 in my opinion, as I have used plenty of other establishment in the pass and rate this place , a gold star .

I had a 60 thousand Km service on my Triton. I am disappointed that the schedule of work carried out is not listed fully on the invoice. As this is the vehicles first major service, but has only done approx. 24,500 kms, I am keen to show that all required work was completed, in case of having to claim under warranty. I would like a full schedule of works emailed to me please.

Needed urgently tyre replacement and the team were able to book me in in 10 mins, and replace 2 tyres within 40 mins. Super friendly and helpful. Tha k you

Mycar Tyre & Auto @ Pimpama was great! They price matched and fitted 4 new tyres and carried out a wheel alignment all within 1 week of placing my call and securing my booking. Fast, competitive and efficient service. Would use again!

I have been a customer at Pimpama for the life of my Nissan Qasquai and have always received great service and attention to detail.

Disappointing experience from start to finish. All conversations from the man I spoke to was condescending and rude.
On the day I dropped off my car I heard nothing, until I went out my way to call at 4:45. They made up some lie saying they needed more time and kept it for an extra day. The next day called to refer me somewhere else because it was out of their scope... still charged me $100. The final piece of the cake was my car has come back DAMAGED - with the rear of the car damaged with white paint thats been scraped. Would NEVER recommend anyone to go here ever.
