Good explanation of the services provided

Completed the service in time frame estimated. Gave a comprehensive list of future work that needs to be done.

I want ladies in particular to know that if their car needs work Southport 'My Car' is the place to go.
Natalie who is the manager went above and beyond to make sure the car was running well and safe to drive (had brake problems)In the past my ignorance of cars has gone against me but at last I've found an honest and capable place to take my car too when needed .Thankyou "My Car" Southport and thankyou for restoring my faith in that there are honest mechanics out there and mostly thankyou Natalie

Nat on reception was fantastic! Managed to get me in straight away with genuine concern for my safety seeing as it was a breaks issue. I’ll be returning as a regular customer for services in the future also.

Very poor service. First of all a delayed service which I understand happens some time. Secondary on arrival staff seems to be disinterested in sharing the details of the faults in my car and how to resolve it. Not the service I was expecting. Surely not five star at the Southport centre as they claim.

Josh is always available and goes above and beyond at looking after our cars. All of our cars go to Mycar southport and always gets looked after. Go and ask for Josh, he will look after you!

Have used these guys for years and they always give me amazing service with a smile at the Right price. I’ve been dealing with Josh for a long time and he is truly amazing. They even service my Rolls-Royce keep it in perfect condition

The lady who called me to tell me what my car needed to have done was very knowledgeable and also very patient in explaining exactly what everything meant and the various options I had. She was brilliant and I really appreciated her help.

Jason and the boys are so great. They always look after not only my car but me.
I dropped into them unexpectedly last week with a horrible noise in the front end of my car.
Without hesitation one of the lovely mechanics took my car out for a drive, diagnosed what was wrong and yesterday after the parts arrived fixed my car.
I am very happy and being a woman who knows nothing about cars I feel secure that they are looking after me and I am not being ripped off in any way.
They are the best!!!!!!!!
