Not a great first experience.
I dropped the car in at 8am as booked, with a requested pickup of midday. This was for a routine service - Essential Plus. I called at 1pm to ask about the ETA as we needed the car to do the grocery shopping. Car hadn’t been started on due to other issues in the workshop. Received a text around 2-2:30 that it was ready. Kind of wary that the work may have been rushed. The car had travelled 200m according to the trip meter from when it arrived at the workshop, and is supposed to have been road tested. Not sure about that. Last thing was the car wasn’t washed. Not sure if that’s normally included but it was when serviced at the now closed MotorServe Gladesville.

I went there for service because I…
I went there for service because I thought they can fix my window but they did the service. Ask me wait for the phone call or email and then never call me or email me again. It’s Ben longtime my window still not being fixed. if you cannot fix it or you can fix it at least let me know.

Recently completed 2nd routine car service. Chris is exceptionally good at listening. He listens well punch in notes for service in his computer and gives you proper brief at the time of return. Recommended.

My Car Tyre And auto Top Ryde
This is the first time that I used My Car Tyre And Auto at top Ryde and I was so impressed. Very friendly and professional service accommodating my need to change appointments last minute for which I was so appreciative given this time of the year. Thank you so much, and even though there was only one technician working that day there were smiles all round.
