I have been a loyal customer of this branch since 2018, and throughout that time I have always experienced a high standard of professionalism and care. However, my recent interactions with Mo over the past week have truly elevated that experience. He brings a rare combination of genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and an unwavering commitment to customer service. On each occasion, he has gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs, always with a sincere smile and a can-do attitude from the very start of the day. His presence is not only reassuring as a customer, but clearly sets a positive tone for the entire team.
I would also like to make special mention of Ruby, who is, without hesitation, my favourite mechanic in Melbourne. Over the years, I have come to deeply trust her expertise, professionalism, and dedication.
