Absolutely disappointed in what I received. It doesn’t fit the description at all of what was advertised. It was advertised as an action figure but I got a printed flat picture I could’ve made myself at home. Not worth it.

The custom bobble head is a brilliant gift idea and came out very identical to the pictures I have provided. The quality feels solids and not cheap. Additionally, the production time was relatively quick and arrived sooner than expected!! Great job!

Thrilled with my bobblehead, as was my husband whom I bought it for. Great customer service too!

I ordered a custom bobblehead for my husband as a fun gift playing his favorite Sport, golf. The result was a miniature caricature that was hilarious and detailed. The likeliness was so impressive considering it’s a caricature. The pose and proportions were spot on making it feel personal and professional. The communication was excellent and time shipped exceptional. Thank you Mycustombobbleheads for making me and my husband so happy.

The likeness was very good and body/clothes matched perfectly.
They emailed when face was ready to make sure I was happy. The finished product ended up arriving much quicker than advertised.

IT IS A SCAM. What I received is a cheap plastified tag with a deformed picture of my son with a headless random woman in the background and strange writing (Surbverbert? Videospjuel?). Paid 45 euros for this (with shipping). Do not order!

Very quick response, very kind and considerate of everything I asked about, honestly probably the best customer service I’ve had.

This company was so amazing to work with! I have never had a company want to make it perfect for your individual needs. They showed me pics of the face and asked if I was happy and when I suggested things I wanted to change they changed them quickly and showed the changes to make sure I was happy, they did everything I asked for and were so happy to make it the way I wanted it. I would recommend this company hands down!!

I would not even give them one star. I paid 200 dollars for a bobble head and it looked nothing like the images I sent. We also asked for our logo to be put on the shirt and they used sharpie to write out logo. Customer service said they would not refund or allow returns unless there was something functionally wrong with it - but the head did bobble.

I’m quite happy with the results. The head looks very much like my son. It didn’t initially, when they first sent me the pictures, though. A lot of the result depends on you giving proper guidance on how to adjust facial features. A lot of people may struggle with this, but the secret is in being very detailed and precise. It kind of requires you to be a little artistic yourself (it takes an artist to talk to an artist). Hope this helps.

The price was high but the product was wonderful.

I don’t give out many top ratings as I am honest when I do reviews as everyone should be. I have to say, the Customer Service I have received from Vivian is above and beyond what I had expected. Vivian made me feel very confident that the product I receive will meet my expectations. Vivian is thorough with explaining next steps in the bobble head creation process and what to expect. You can tell that Vivian puts herself in the customers shoes in her responses and communications. I had some doubts after reading some other negative reviews, but Vivian made me feel at ease that I made the right choice placing my order with this company. I made a modification to the original proof (which I received the same day I placed the order) and I received the modified proof the next day from the artist and it met my expectations. Outstanding! If you are looking for a fun, creative gift. This is the company to go with. Great job Vivian and company!

Paid £25 for 2-4 day delivery on a product I needed.

2-4 days is up and I’ve contacted them and they are saying the shipping doesn’t count and it’s in production. The shipping counts AFTER they’ve made the product.
