Over one month an no delivery of item, (even after expedited delivery payment), tracking just states "out for delivery", no way to reach the company, website is not reflective of the service and I am still waiting for a response.

I must commend Mycustombobbleheads for a number of reasons. I love the uniqueness of their product. I have no idea how many other firms provide a similar service and I don't care. It is Mycustombobbleheads for me or nothing. The accuracy of the figures they created left me gobsmacked! It was recommended to me that I ask if the frames on the glasses on the bobblehead could be made thinner after being sent a preview. I felt embarrassed to do so. And you know what? The magnificent artists actually did so! The price of the bobblehead was also reasonable and arrived in just a few days damage free. As far as I'm concerned, they're a five star firm all day long!

Great customer service and communication from Vivian and the team. They kept me updated throughout the process and expedited the delivery so I could have it for a gift exchange.

I am impressed with the craftsmanship of the Bobblehead. The detail is perfect! If I could change anything, it would be the color of the hat I chose for my Bobblehead. I love it and I’m sure the recipient is going to absolutely get a kick out of this gift!

The bobble heads look EXACTLY like my dad and brothers, they came out perfect!!! I cannot wait to give it to them and see their reactions. Within 2-3 days of ordering three separate bobble heads I received an email including a preview of all three! I was so pleased with the outcome, had no changes and was shocked at how fast the production was. I truly was expecting it to take weeks, so kudos to the designers and creators for their work ethic. It is well appreciated. And soon after the preview they were delivered and the packaging was all intact and no broken bobble heads or damaged boxes. I most definitely plan on purchasing two more in the near future so I can then have my whole family in bobble heads. I love these as a gift and have been recommending this to literally everyone I know.

Outstanding likeness of the picture I sent, however, was disappointed in the writing. I asked to be customized on the side is just a sticker. And the sticker was put on crooked.

The likeness to my son is uncanny! Well done… very happy with the product :-)

I ordered one of those so called custom dolls from this website and it was falsely advertised. They did not craft any kind of design doll for me, they scanned the picture I sent them and printed it on a felt blob and sent that to me as the doll. There were no arms or legs when the picture clearly shows 2 arms and 2 legs. There were no ears, again the picture showed 2 of em. Oh and the kicker was it was half the measurements in size of what I paid for as well. I contacted the site about a refund and they refused to refund me %100. We agreed upon %70 which I still was really unhappy about but settled with and they sent me and email claiming it was being processed then a second claiming it had been processed and posted to my account, it had not been. Not one penny was added my account. I again contacted the same person who was handling my concerns and they began to ignore my emails. This website is awful and IS NOT TO BE USED FOR HOLIDAY GIFT SHOPPING. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Vivian and this company has been so amazing. They’ve done a great job communicating, responding to my millions of questions, sending pictures of my custom bobblehead that’s a surprise for my wife. I didn’t want there service to go unnoticed! You guys have been amazing!

Bobble head looks good and shipped very fast

Wonderful communication after the sale. I changed a couple of items in the first approval process and they were addressed right away. The finished product was great and actually made me laugh. I'm certain my wife will cherish our "heads!" BTW, as a customer I realize these are caricatures and not "identical" images of the pictures you provide. They are actually more fun that way!

Totally cool. I bought then for Christmas. I wanted to give my yound adult children something unique. I am hopeful that my dad gift is a hit. We'll see.

This is a scam company. They do not do what they say, they send the wrong product and refuse to respond. I had to file complaints with the Attorney General Consumer Fraud departments, and dispute the credit card charges. Now I am busy posting negative reviews about the product and the customer service lack of response.

I just received my Bobblehead & my compliments go out to you for the incredible likeness to my nephew!!! I’m in love with it!!! I just can’t wait to see his reaction when I give it to him. The reason for the 4 stars, was the mic broke off in delivery. I had to glue it back myself. I felt returning it would cause more harm.

It was a pleasant surprise to wake up the morning after I ordered to a proof of my bobblehead! I sent in a few small adjustments which were also done quickly. The likeness was amazing and a delight to all!
