We had a great experience working with you folks. Through the building process we were kept up today on the progress and when it was shipped. Shipping took about 2 weeks to receive. Your product turned out great, we love it. One question we had was the bobble head doesn't seem to bobble very much, pretty stiff. Looked for something maybe in place for shipping but didn't see anything. Any suggestions?

Buyer beware! They send a proof of the face only and no hair or body! You just get what you get and I chose a blonde and got gold/orange hair. It’s awful and I won’t be giving it as the gift I had planned. Find another option!

Sent in numerous photos and after two different revisions (which they try to discourage from doing) the bobblehead FINALLY arrived and I’m throwing it in the trash. I have no idea who it is but it definitely looks nothing like my husband. What a waste of time and money.

From start to finish I had 24/7 communication and support. I submitted the only photo I had. After multiple changes and the extras I requested.
My photo was transformed into a unique handcrafted custom bobblehead. Everything was completed as per my requests. The talent of the sculptures is truly amazing. I Highly recommend custombobbleheads and their products.

I had previously had this very special bobblehead made by another company and it was very sad. I reached out and asked about customization they got right back to me and we exchanged emails, they said they could do it and they did. The whole way was checking in and even a last minute change was accommodated happily.

Service was so awesome! They sent me a confirmation picture of the bobblehead to make sure it looked okay, and it was amazing. Really good response time, and you can tell they really care about getting the product right. Thank you!!

We ordered a bobblehead for our boss for a holiday gift. It turned out even better than we thought it would. They made the jacket pattern in the picture perfectly! We were sent a proof of the face first and from there the rest of the process was so easy. Great company and wonderful customer service. I am going to order one for my son for a gift now because it came out so good. We can't wait to give it to him. :)

As advertised. The bobblehead they created for me was a splitting image of the photo! Quick delivery too (I paid for expedited). I’ve used them before but this was by far the best results. I would recommend if you want a unique gift.

The craftsmanship is top rate along with the communication skills . I would definitely come back again and refer anyone looking for quality in this field.

Perfect and lovely service

I ordered an item that arrived damaged. I asked for a full refund and sited the policy they have on the website that says if the item arrives damaged they will provide a full refund and cover any fees. At first they wanted to refund me 40% of my purchase because they said material and labor are expensive but in the same breath offered to send another one for free. What? just send me my refund!!! 20 emails later, they refunded me only 75% of what I paid. Very disappointing the way they do business. I would not recommend it. It's just not worth it.

I wish I had looked at reviews before I wasted $136. I communicated with them prior to placing an order to ensure customization, and even with VIP service, my attractive girlfriend was turned into a Founding Father. I threw it in the trash rather than give it to her and hurt her feelings. Very unsatisfactory customer service.

Like many of the other reviews stated...bobble head looks nothing like the picture I sent. Their refund policy is intentionally confusing, which tells you everything you need to know about a "company."
