for now i can say myfin is the best bank , if you have any issue just contact support team and will reply and fix your issue , just be patient

the bank pending the account and my money inside 519euro sms didnt arrive customer support didnt answer what is that

So far it's good, the app does everything it says, and the verification was seamless.
I just hope support for physical cards will expand to more countries, and the app's features get some round of fixes, for example trying to export the list of operations results in an error in Android.

I used the service for month and half. and topping up and using the virtual card on websites and everything was fine till 15th of Sept where their maintenance messed up everything and now I'm locked out of my account that has over 300 euros in balance and support do not reply and their phone number auto close the call

PS: I will update my review if everything fixed and got back as used to be.

UPDATE/18th Sept: The support finally replied to me and I was able to restore my account and funds within. so I will give it 4 stars now (due to little bit slowness of support reply)

For me is good i dont have any problem and all my freind and referal dont have problem

he doesn't have a good support and a support does not answer you
if you got a payment declined from a site like facebook you will fin them already take your money and wite is pending i tried to contact support and wait for more than 1 month and is still pending and my money never back again so i can use them !!

They closed my account and took my money

They took my money and closed my account for no reason.

They had closed my account without no reason, they don't reply to my emails.
They took my money despite the fact that I had verified my account twice!

I have money inside my account the support not answer and i can't access

Don't ever deal with this bank
They are scammers
After few days they block my account
And ask for proof of funds and many documents
I sent all but no replyes
They did that with my friends too
The sam thing
Even if they block accounts
They suppose to refund the money to my card
But they didn't
They take money

Worst bank ever to use! You have to wait 10 days to recieve bank transfers very slow they say it takes up to 7 working days and it always happens at least after 7 working days not to say sometimes even more , and thats not even all - once you recieve a transfer and you already see the amount on your current balance they block your money for 24h and you cannot use them!! Ridiculous! After a thousand times that I asked them why is that the answer was even more ridiculous nonsense “ When receiving an amount by card, it takes technical time to post the amount to your account.” 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ They provide a free account and there is also a premium one which costs 10 euro per month and don’t even bother the only difference that you get is that if you are premium you can have as much as cards as you want. Also , they don’t have online customers support chat the only way to get in touch is to write an email and they answer whenever very optionally , sometimes they don’t even bother to answer not to mention it takes ages until you get that precious answer from them , I started texting them in messanger via Facebook hoping for the better but not much of a difference anyway. Highly not recommending, if you think to use them better think twice!

New Bulgarian Bank. I do not recommend it. Full of problems

It's a scam app I can't log in to my account I got an error message (wrong phone number or password) I'm sure it's correct. I can't get my funds.

I had a genuine experience with this financial institution;They have a compnay policy which is full of discrimination and alineation..Better you dont risk your money with such company which has ailing policies,there are better serving financial companies on the net..You can choose those
