I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your delivery.

We completely understand how frustrating it is when you pay for next-day delivery and it doesn’t arrive on time, especially when there’s then confusion over the delivery time slot and even the shop details provided by the courier.

This isn’t the service we aim to provide, and we’ll be looking into this with the courier to understand exactly what went wrong and prevent it happening again.

Thanks for your feedback, and I’m really sorry for the experience you’ve had with this order.

Your original order was placed with an estimated delivery of 19th May, and I completely understand your frustration that this was not met and that there was no tracking information provided at the time. When you contacted us, a replacement was arranged on an urgent service, however we were later advised by the courier that the shipment had been damaged in transit and could not be delivered.

Unfortunately, after checking stock again, we were unable to dispatch a further replacement and the order was therefore cancelled with a full refund issued.

I appreciate this does not change the inconvenience caused, particularly given the lack of communication and repeated delays, and I’m sorry that your experience fell short of the service you expected from us.

Thanks for your feedback, and I’m really sorry for the confusion and frustration this has caused.

I appreciate how important it is to use the correct oil specification, especially with DPF-equipped engines where the wrong spec can potentially cause issues. Our listings are matched using vehicle data and manufacturer cross-references, but unfortunately some vehicles can have multiple oil requirements depending on engine code, service history, or market variation.

From what you’ve said, it sounds like your vehicle requires a Dexos2-approved oil, and in that case the product supplied wouldn’t be suitable for your application.

If you haven’t used the oil, we can absolutely help get this sorted for you with a return

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

If your order was placed before the next-day cut-off time, it should normally be dispatched the same working day. On this occasion, it looks like there may have been a processing or courier delay which meant it wasn’t sent out as expected.

We understand how frustrating that is, especially when you’ve paid for a next-day service. We’re currently reviewing what happened so we can prevent it happening again.

I’m really sorry to hear about the delay and the lack of communication regarding your next day delivery. I completely understand how frustrating it is when you pay extra for a service that isn’t delivered as expected, especially when you’re left without updates from the courier or ourselves.

We rely on our delivery partners to meet the service levels selected at checkout, but in this case it clearly hasn’t been handled as it should have been. I appreciate this has caused inconvenience, particularly with the delay extending into the following week.

If you would like, I can look into this further for you and check what happened with the shipment and the delivery charge. In the meantime, I can also arrange a refund of the next day delivery fee
