My order came within days of ordering. Very efficient and happy with the service.

This place is a scam! They hold nothing in stock and once you place an order they "attempt" to locate it internationally for you. All the mentions on the website of fast and Auckland based delivery are deceitful lies.

I only found this out after I first ordered and my receipt says - "we expect to receive this in a week". That's weird.. I then waited a month for my order for a 'customer Happiness manager' to "state, sorry, we don't have that in stock! Please choose from this list of 8 $15 perfumes that we do have in stock!". Bit of a kick in the teeth. I then went through the website and in tiny inaudible writing, I noticed 49/50 that I checked stated "receive in a week", similar to the one I purchased. However, every single one had in massive writing "All shipped from our Auckland warehouse!" And "fast same day shipping".

I've asked for a refund but considering how slow they operate i would fully expect it to take an extremely long time.

I found My Perfume Shop New Zealand great to deal with. Their price was awesome, far better than Chemist Warehouse!
The perfume was true to brand and their customer service follow up was outstanding.
I will be recommending them to all my friends 🧡

I recently purchased 2 new fragrances from My Perfume Shop. My order was Lattafa Khamrah Qahwa and Lattafa Asad Bourbon both on a blind buy. Both fragrances are stunning and a very welcome addition to my collection. Both fragrances project well and last for ages in a work environment. Will definitely purchase again.

After I paid it said it would be delivered on said date. Then before said date got moved again 3 weeks later it turned up. I went to chemist warehouse & brought the product i was waiting for. Haven't even opened there product!

The shipping was a lot longer than expected, took nearly a month to arrive and when it did my perfume had leaked throughout the original box, I only lost maybe 8% of the bottle but thought it may have been packaged a little bit more carefully than popped into a box with no padding. It arrived though and they stayed in contact which I am grateful for.

Advertising as a NZ website, yet it took a very long time to arrive because it needed to be sourced from overseas

I bought some older fragrances for my wife Este Lauder Cinnabar being one that comes to mind. Website was easy to navigate and received the package at a competitive price within a week or so . Well packaged. The scent reminded us of our courting days however the scent was not as heady as we remembered. On checking on Google it was mentioned that older fragrances are not as strong as international laws prevent earlier ingredients. Still smells good but have to use three times as much and replenish during the day. The original would stay all day. Overall a good experience.

There was a bit of a wait for the order to be posted but it was within the delivery timeframe stated when I ordered and once it was posted arrived next day, no issues
