Bought slippers for my 90-year-old stepfather who wound up in the hospital with swollen/rash feet due to their slippers. The doctor stated that it was contagious and to throw the slippers out after a few tests. My pillow not only wanted the slippers back, but they charged us $9.98 to do so. I brought all this to their attention, and they said it was MY Issue...

These pillows are not worth a nickel! They are lumpy and uncomfortable. The pillows were basically filled with a bunch of chunky type foam square pieces. Very low quality. I don't recommend these to anyone. I

Purchased pillows last year and the sleep wear relax hoodie for my wife towards her Christmas pressy this year, she loved it !

The parent company is in the USA but the UK company is run exactly the same........ top quality at a reasonable price!!!

I ordered a bedsheet set in the summer of 2023. They were advertised on TV as being made in the USA with clips of American workers in My Pillow's American factory. However, the tags on the sheets state, "Made in India." Part of the reason I ordered these was because I believed they were American-made and want to do all I can to support American businesses. By the way, the sheets are poor quality, thin and impossibly-wrinkled material once they are washed. A rip-off and a deception.

Pillow cases were ordered mistakenly, and decided to return them unopened. Their processing free for this was way too high if you use their site. I could have returned them for 1/3 the price. As far as their products.......not bad, but......not great. Average is about the same if I bought similar products locally, plus I would have the option to return for free. If I purchased through Amazon, may returns are free. In general, MyPillow products are over-hyped. While I assume their warranties are good, return processing is difficult and not cheap. Unless you know first hand as to the product (such as through a friend), I suggest you purchase somewhere else. Also, whether it is true or not, internet articles suggest that MyPillow is inn financial difficulties, and if that is the case and the company folds, then their warranty (no matter long it is for) will be worthless. I suggest caution ordering products through their webb site.

I own several bed pillows at multiple locations. Also own 4 small travel pillows. Excellent quality and easy to fluff to redistribute the fill to your preference. Looks like people are posting reviews based on politics and not product.

Bought the slippers with a promo code about 6 months ago. The rubber sole is brittle and falling apart and they just look ratty. Not comfortable but cheap looking. Most folks say the pillows are lumpy too so I doubt I'll try them.

The pillow my wife got me in 2019 remains nice and supportive but I have to keep it folded in half. If someone else had bought it for me it would be gone. It’s significantly flattened and minimally bumpy but still extremely comfortable and supportive once compressed again. No odd smells ever. I would CONSIDER buying again if Mike numbs up and realizes no party wins every single election. It’s too bad his ranting addictive personality belies the charm, professionalism and positivity of his old commercials.

This pillow is crap and cheap. Do not buy

I have purchased three MyPillows, a towel set and a pair of MySlippers, The pillows are the most comfortable pillows i have ever owned, the towels are amazing and the slippers are fantastic, never want to take them off.

I firmly believe most of the bad reviews are bogus and most reviews cannot be trusted

Absolutely the worst pillow I have ever purchased. Costco pillows are twice as good and less than half the price.

I purchased a set of two king sized Silver Series pillows by My Pillow via an authorized retailer about a year ago for $109 (+ tax & s/h) and have regretted the purchase ever since.

The pillows "seemed" ok when they first arrived, but gradually over two months (past the return-window) we noticed the filling started to appear less full so our heads would basically sink to the bottom of the pillow resulting in little to no support. It was almost as though the filling from a standard pillow was put into king-sized pillows. I followed the laundry instructions to the "T" thinking the pillow fill might just need to be "fluffed up", but it didn't help.

I ended up folding in to the inside, the excess material of the king-sized pillow casing to form a standard-sized pillow, then used a straight stitch on my sewing machine to seal the end of the pillows. Each pillow is still intact, I just took up the slack of the fabric and tucked it inside and closed it up. It helped a little, but these pillows are just not comfortable... period.

I was having neck problems and headaches. My chiropractor suggested I get a different pillow and suggested My Pillow. It was honestly the best thing I've done for myself. At first I got the medium and I felt it was too thick for me so I got the soft. The experience of exchanging went very well and I got my new pillow fast. Customer service was great and my new pillow is wonderful, No more neck pain and no more headaches. LOVE IT!! I have hand it now for about 2 years and there's no wear. Like new. I ordered this in 2021

The pillow I got is horrible. I don't know how anyone can sleep on it, it is lumpy and has a peculiar odor. I was going to get feather pillows but then heard how great the My Pillow is - I wasted my money. Wanted to do a return but I would have to pay the return shipping! Outrageous!

My wife and I have numerous products from My Pillow, and the quality is unmatched by others. Their sheets and mattress topper are outstanding. Further, the slippers I bought from them are the most comfortable ones I have ever had. Keep up the great job@
