Just received the my pillow towels that my husband ordered a couple of weeks ago. Michael Lindell states everything is made in the u s a. This is not true. These towels were made in india and the towells that we purchased about a year and a half ago were made in pakistan. Also the towels we got about a year and a half ago are a much better quality and much thicker than the new towels we received. The biggest.
Issue we have is that michael lindell is obviously lying because these towels are not made in the u s a.

Placed an order for a set of sheets just now. Order # 213580190. After placing the order, I get an e-mail saying that something wasn't completed on the order and that I had to phone them. So I phoned customer service. Was told they had no order for me and that I had to go back onto the website and place my order again. Their 'need help' service kept on sending messages to cancel the order which I didn't want to do! I just wanted to find out why order didn't go through! I then phoned their sales office. Was told they had no record of my order. I phoned my credit card company to learn that THEY HAD THE CHARGE on my card. MyPillow is going out of their way to discourage sales! They're very disorganized and frustrating to deal with. I will NEVER again place an order with them!

They advertise if you’re not happy you can get your money back.
This is not the case, I retuned my pillow as it was not suitable for me.
My pillow refuse to respond to my emails and so far have not refunded my money.

I bought 2 mypillows months ago & me & my boyfriend love it. It never goes flat like other pillows we had before.

We purchased 2 towel sets and 2 pillows ad stated free shipping didn't expect to wait 2 weeks for the order to even ship at this point will not order from this company again.

I've tried twice now to get a response from MyPillow about returning the pillows. They are not as comfortable as I would have hoped for the cost. I have never received a reply confirming my wish to return the pillows and my query regarding what information they need from me. It's like they have my money now so why bother responding.

I was given 2 king size my pillows. I decided to wash one to make it smell fresh. To my surprise, my front load washer would not spin this pillow. It retained so much water it would not drain. I took it outside and left it hanging on the line for 2 days, still not dry. Put it in the dryer 5 times and it is still not dry. I would not spend a dime for another my pillow. I followed the washing directions and after 5 days and dryer time it still isn't dry. Won't use these pillows for sure!

I have bought two My pillows. First one was the second lowest softness, it was comfortable for three months. The second pillow was two softness harder, it's like a Rock. Totally not what Mike says they are!

Dreadful product

Bought My Slippers. Lasted about 9 months and then the soles completely fell apart. Would not buy from this company again.

MyPillow customer service misinformed me about the delivery time schedule of my order that I placed on 2/22/2024. I paid for express delivery and insurance in case my order is lost. Upto date we did not receive our order, still delayed, and was told tha we have to contact a third party for lost merchandise in case our order is lost. Also we were not informed about contacting a third party in case our order is lost. On top of that when I called today to check about my order his customer service was rude, unprofessional and raising her voice on me as if she was talking to a child. We will never buy any more products from my pillow again. If we dont receive our order within the next few das I will dispute all charges thru my credit card and my pillow will have to refund us all charges.

I bought the my pillow a little over a year ago and because I'm in Canada I didn't bother to return this lumpy piece of crap. Thank goodness when I filled out information to which size pillow to order (like my gender, weight, etc---alarm bells should have gone off there!!) I said I was much bigger than I am. When I received this hunk of lump I took out some of the filling and reserved it, good thing as this stuff decomposes or flattens, dunno! So I cut and resew in more and more stuffing (because I'm too cheap to buy another). I've given up and went to Costco and got an amazing pillow for $36. DO NOT BUY MY PILLOW!!!

Great quality. Soft and size if perfect for all the bed sheets and duvet covers. Bath towels are not too thick or thin.

I would give zero stars for their pillows. I bought 4 of them for my home and they bunch at the ends and leave gaps in the middle. I need to put the pillows in the dryer every other day just to Fluff them up and make them bearable. One of the worst products I have purchased.

I purchased a towel set from them about a year ago and felt the deal was reasonable, not great, but not bad. Towels were large and thick. I thought it was a fair deal. Mike Lindell seeeds like a nice guy and worth supporting.

Forward to this past fall where I decided to support him further and try out his Giza cotton sheets and get another towel set. I asked about free shipping and was told they didn't do that. Shortly thereafter they offered free shipping.

The products came and the towels were smaller and thinner than the first set, for the same price. The sheets were fine, but not the best I could ever imagine sleeping on.

Around the same time I was in Costco and they had an Egyptian Cotton set for either same price or $10 less and at Sam's Club I found towels that seemed very similar to the first set I got from them and a similar complete set would have been about the same price or a few dollars less, but I could buy them by the piece so I didn't have to get a full set.

After using these competitive products the My Pillow sheets may be a little cooler during sleep, but otherwise not really any different and the Costco set came with 4 pillow cases vs. My Pillow's 2. Towels have held up well in the wash and are every bit as good.

I called to discuss my dissatisfaction and ended up in an argument with the customer service rep. who hung up on me. Outside of them speaking the language you will find better customer service from offshore call centers than I have experienced with My Pillow and I don't know anyone who likes dealing with offshore customer service. No matter how obnoxious a customer might be a customer service rep should never get into an argument or make it seem like they are superior to the customer. I see others have also had similar experiences.

While I thought Mike Lindell was worth supporting, I am now completely of the feeling he is a huckster. Tells you how great a product you are getting and how great his US team is while he is just peddling crap with people you would never want to do business with.

Buy elsewhere and let his enemies take care of Mike.

Absolutely shocking. Lumpy. Customer services is really bad. Conflicting information from customer services department. I expected far better than this! Involved PayPal who Mypillow also ignored. No stars would be given if this were allowed!

Had spent a lot of time on- line shopping for a new mattress but was worried about ordering sight unseen from Macy's. Got the idea to order from My Pillow, as I assumed Mike Lindell would be a man of his word about the quality of his products. I had spent only 3 nights( now 4) on my full size, medium firm mattress and there is now a very large indentation where I either I sit to read or my hips lay on the bed at night, so much so that it was too uncomfortable to sleep on that side of the mattress last night. I am shocked at the poor quality of this mattress. The weight of my 140 pound body has pushed the mattress down so much that where my head lies is now almost 3-4 inches higher than the rest of the mattress. Do not order a mattress for this company!!! Customer service attributed it to the mattres not fully expanded yet after being shipped in a box. I can assure you this is not that. Their remedy is to donate to charity and send them the donation receipt before a refund. While the sheets and pillows we ordered are not terrible, like the mattress, but they have a cheap feel, certainly not high quality at all. I appreciated Mike's stated faith and patriotism but his advertising and products are not relaible at all.

Well, I was given two 'my pillows' by my loving mother and they are just cheap lumpy pillows. I've had better pillows at a Marriot. There are softball sized gaps in the pillow and whatever the stuffing is has to be pushed together to get any support. A note about the Christian cross you use Mike.....If you want people to see your love for Jesus Christ let them, see it 'in you' not 'on you'.

The dish towels are being sold by "The My Pillow Store" as listed on the Amazon page. They are the same dish towels listed on My Pillow dot com, however they are more expensive on Amazon and allegedly out of stock on the company's website. I was going to purchase these dish towels until I noticed you can only purchase them for a higher price from My Pillow on Amazon and that customer service from My Pillow dot com claims - "Because amazon buys the product from us and then sells it." Direct quote from my chat with them.

I ordered a six pack of dish towels. Mike Lindell should be trustworthy right? These dish towels will make great wash cloths but that’s all. So very tired of companies advertising great items but failing to do so. Mr. Lindell, you need to make sure your products match your morals.
