I have been trying to log in with this company for 3 weeks now. One of their staff has admitted in an email that they have a problem with customers not receiving a one time code when trying to log in. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now.

Stay well clear
Only go for this company if you are absolutely certain that nothing can go wrong and/or you have the patience of steel. Their customer service is non-existent. You can only connect with them via chat, and I have been on hold to chat with a human (because their authentication doesn't work as it's supposed to) for about 40 minutes now, and I am still 13th in the queue. This is not the first time we had to talk to them because something wasn't working and couldn't get through to a person. This time it's because we want to end the service and it turns out you do have to talk to a customer service representative to do that... what a horrible experience.

Woeful service, try two times to get a mobile service activated, ran into issues both times, hours with support, in the end I just cancelled both due to time wasting.

service was good but we got an offer of a package deal from Slingshot which was a much better price. Was very disappointed when we got cut off a month early and did nothing to correct it when I made contact to informing them of the problem. lesson learnt is NEVER have everything on the one account, If my cell phone had been with the same provider and a mistake is made by someone then we would not have been able to contact anyone. Worst company in New Zealand
Worst company in New Zealand. Accused me of not returning the modem, but then finally admitted I did return it and it was damage. Can’t prove it was damage at all. This has been going on for a years , they demand I payed $200. They lie and use bully tactics to get every penny they can. I wouldn’t use them as they will do the same with you. Customer service is poor and rude.
