What a great company, from the website to the product to the customer service , highly recommended, keep up the great work Mystery boxd

I ordered the wrong item so contacted customer care team . They responded immediately and I have to say I'm blown away with the level of service I have received. honestly I would rate them 6* if I could.
Apart from the service their boxes make such good presents they are amazing .

Anita and all the team were great. Customer satisfaction at its highest, coupled with hassle free ordering. Some of the larger companies should take a leaf out of their book and watch how true customer satisfaction is done!

My most recent order came and it was a shirt I already had so I asked if it was possible to exchange and the customer service team were amazing ! Sorted everything out for me and super friendly :)

Customer service were amazing when there was an issue with my order.

E-mail response received within the hour of letting them know and item corrected, dispatched and received within two days.

All items received will definitely be appreciated by my daughter on xmas day.

I made many mistakes buying for my grandsons and even went through the payment process, when I realised and emailed the company which was easy to find I was treated very well my mistakes were put right straight away and no stress the team were fantastic.

It's a scam to flog kits you can buy elsewhere for £10-£15 as 'premium' kits. Don't bother with this, search for obscure kits elsewhere, save yourself a lot of money and pick ones you actually like. Don't buy into this gambling.

I am so impressed with my sons mystery box. I requested no UK teams unless it was his home team. He revieved some fab bits, I was dubious about buying a mystery box but absolutely recommend for any football lovers.

BOXD is an absolutely brilliant small company. The service is quick and when I needed an exchange they have sorted it in a day with replacement going out straight away. Customer service and contact brilliant

Brilliant company with excellent customer service.
Excellent kits and service. Our son was given a box but had ordered the wrong size (he’s a lot taller than his age). Their customer service sorted it super quick and sent out a new box in the perfect size.

Very satisfied with my recent product, I had to swap an item as we had it already, but I had immediate response by e.mail, very helpful and they sorted straight away. I would definitely recommend this company which I will use again.

Great idea, great products and a great team behind the scenes pulling it all together. Iv ordered now a couple of times and have been not only thrilled with the product, the excitement of the surprise and the price. When I had a problem (my fault) they were so helpful it getting it resolved. Customer service is top notch! Over all a great product to get behind fully recommend.

I ordered some boxes for my Son to put away for Christmas. I was uncertain around the mystery kit, and did leave a note not to include UK teams unless the team my son supports. Not only was this note actioned, they also included a hitorical programme from my sons football team, which was a lovely personal touch. Delivery was quick and their replies to queries prompt. I would absolutely recommend Mystery Boxd. Excellent experience, very impressed and confident to order again in the future.

Very uninspiring box - for a teenager, mystery item was a program from 1974 for Swindon Town! Also, sent a shirt of their supported team (recent one) so clearly we would have that already. An older shirt would have been perfect. The training jacket looks cool though.

Absolutely amazing pieces received in my mystery child’s box. When it arrived I thought the football top would be too small. Allowed me to exchange the top only for a bigger size with no hassle at all. It’s for my little man’s Christmas but I know already he will be so pleased with it. Would absolutely reccomend

The team have been in touch and agreed to refund. Disappointed overall but the customer service was good and totally my fault for emailing the wrong inbox.

So disappointed. I wish i had read the 1 star reviews before ordering. I received a mk dons away shirt for my nephew, worth about £8 to buy. So glad I didnt give it to him. Its not even like the box is nice!
Emailed twice to return for a refund but as yet no reply, which I can see is something that other people have also found.

What a fantastic company and service from Mystery BOXD.

I have ordered two kids ultimate football bundles and one adult bundle. The items were fantastic in every box and the customer service is second to none.

This is the second time I have used Mystery Boxd for my nephews birthday present and both times they have been fantastic,
I had a problem with a missing item from my second order but this was resolved quickly by Anita 👏
I have bought from other mystery box companies before and this is by far the best
I can’t recommend this this small company enough,
