Magic pro 2 arrived eventually but it wasn’t what I wanted so I asked for the refund . Over the next few weeks I was given the runaround, offered 10% off then 2O% off then told I’d get refund straight away if I did a video singing its praises, I said no. They keep saying they’ll send a prepaid return label but it never happens . I raised a claim through PayPal and my vitality sent a return address through them in Chinese and not prepaid . I know if I post it I’ll never get a refund anyway, they’ll say they never got it. I can try the credit card next that pays my PayPal but they’ll probably just say PayPal deal with it. Biggest con ever, that’s me £76 out of pocket and it doesn’t even work anyway . Avoid like the plague !!

They won't issue a refund even though they have refund language on their site and in the buying process. The same device is available on Amazon for $30.00. Once you start dealing with their customer service, it becomes clear they're a scam site. Don't fall for it.

If I could give zero stars I would! Cheap Chinese junk that powered on and gave my husband the shock of his life then never worked again. Do not be scammed by this company! Total run around trying to get a refund and not even an offer to replace with a new one. They still have not refunded my money!

My Vitality is a SCAM and will NOT honor their 90 day return policy. I purchased the Magic Pro 2.0 the end of June. I used it for 3 weeks and it did not work for me. I emailed their customer service and requested a return only to be told "use it for a few more weeks as most customers see results after a longer use period AND we will credit a 30% discount/refund to your credit card". After an additional 2 weeks, the product still brought no relief and I never received the promised 30% discount. Again, I requested to return for the full refund according to "their policy" and was told to send a video review and they would issue the refund and I could keep the product. Declined the review and again asked for the refund. Run around yet again with an offer of a red light therapy wrap that may offer some relief at no charge. At this point, I realized that they have no intention of refunding the purchase of the MagicPro 2.0. They sent the red light therapy wrap (also does not work) but another useless Magic Pro 2.0. Now I have 3 pieces of junk and no refund.

I ordered this over a month ago, it finally shipped thru speedex and my vitality gave them the wrong shipping number, so they told me to contact my vitality, it took them over a week to respond a generic response but with a NEW tracking number, it didnt work either, so i tried to contact them again, no answer for over a week, then I told them Speed ex said they just returned it to them because they couldnt ship it..I told my vitality this and no response for days, then a generic response with new tracking number, I said "did you NOT read my response?" they sent it back to You" days later I got the same generic response saying use this tracking number, Im like, what part of my message did you not understand?? Speed ex no longer has it they shipped it you......NO answer, I told them I want a full refund or ill contact my CC and dispute the charge, I have ALL the emails back and forth

I purchased the Magic Pro 2.0 for $150, and the quality did not meet my expectations. After a couple of weeks, I requested a return, but I’ve been given the runaround for months. They suggested that I try it for a longer period, but I made it clear I would never use it again and simply wanted to return it for a full refund, as promised. They even insisted that I send them a video of me using it and could keep it and receive a full refund—absolutely not! Now, I have my bank involved to secure my refund. Despite numerous emails confirming my refund, the company told my bank they would only offer $45 back—no way! I'm standing my ground on this matter.

I’ve been purchasing products from this brand for over a year now, and I’ve always had a great experience. My orders consistently arrive on time, and the products are exactly as described. The quality has never let me down, and their customer service has always been responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. They took my money and I never received the goods. They will not deal with my complaint and are not taking any responsibility as they say it was done their end. Shocking service DO NOT USE
