Terrible company
Terrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I bought a chair the currier said he left it outside of my house what’s a lie and I have cctv to prove. I have been trying to contact the company since and they don’t reply what so ever. It now has been 3 weeks since I contacted them regards my issue and still have no answer so now I will challenge it thought my credit card company. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY.

No response from customer service to cancel order two days before it was shipped, then no response regarding returning item apart from a vague email with no reference numbers or return label as stated in your return policy.
Still waiting for a reply days later.

I was worried first because another…
I was worried first because another site on trustpilot with a similar name has pretty bad reviews (Naipo care) Turns out it’s a different business not related to them. Seemingly a business partner who cannot handle the support in their USA business.Anyways, I’ve tested a few chairs directly in Germany and also the uk as I reside in both countries. Have to admit that a lower priced model of NAIPO didn’t met my expectations as it was missing functionality I really liked (zero gravity). Fast forward, I’ve tested chairs from weyron, Osim and others but decided for naipos model p a350 as it’s price is far lower but it also seemingly offers better quality (idk how) and the same or better functionality. Shipping took just 3 days and directly from the uk. Only thing missing are more showrooms in the uk but they assured me that more are coming. Overall great experience for someone who was looking for a decent chair for a little more than 10 months. Cheers

Great massage chairs. We initially wanted to buy a weyron chair but Naipo is far superior - especially in terms of price. We were worried a little as another profile on trustpilot has bad reviews - it’s called ‘NAIPO care’ but it’s a different business. Has nothing to do with their UK operation.
