A good selection of wines, delivered on time by very pleasant and helpful drivers.

Always excellent wines and even better when it gets delivered to the door. Great service too. Nothing seems to be too much trouble when, on the rare occasion that I have needed help with anything.

The regular updates on new wines, bargain cases,freebies from wine growers and of course the christmas hamper with its gifts and freebies. I can not fault the service both delivery and communications.

Terrific range of wines, at very competitive prices, from a global list of vineyards, available when you are ready to order.

My wine was due to arrive on Monday about 12 according to messages. In the evening I called as it hadn’t arrived and was told it might not get to me before 9. I waited the next day. Naked said to contact yodel. Yodel said to contact naked. Apparently the case had been sent back. I spoke to a nice representative Gaby who said it would be sent on Friday morning and she would keep track of it. No wine. No email. I rang again and was assured they would get back to me. Still no wine and no contact Just a generic email sent at 02.55 they will do everything they can to put it right

Never a dull moment with Naked Wines, my go-to supplier for many years. Always tempting choices. All their wines are distinctive — and often distinguished.

I love the wines, in the five years or so that I've been buying from Naked Wines I haven't had one wine that I didn't like.
Also the service is great and I've only once had a problem with a delivery and that was sorted out without any fuss.

I have been with Naked Wines for several years now and am delighted to say that both their range of wines and their customer service are exceptional. I have sampled lots of wines and have now settled on a small range that I buy regularly, but occasionally dabble in a new wine. Costs are probably higher than supermarket wines, but the quality is so much better. And as an 'Angel' I am treated to regular free bottles.

I have had very few problems, but when I have, they have been dealt with promptly and usually with a free bottle thrown in for the issues I raised.

All in all, an excellent provider of quality wines.

I've used Naked for many years and many of our friends have been impressed and have followed our lead. Naked has a huge selection of high quality wines at very reasonable prices. Unlike other wine subscriptions, Naked allows you to choose what you want, and when - no need to cancel if not required this time.

I also like the ethical side of the business and their producers, who often do remarkable work to support others in their community.

Great wine at great prices. Customer support excellent. Tasting Tour - not to be missed.

Really excellent wines - especially if you’re able to spend £12 to £18 on a bottle. The cheaper ones are good enough but perhaps the thing to do is drink less and stick to drinking the more expensive bottles when you do!

Excellent service great advice when choosing wines.
In the Ten years plus that we have been using Naked we have only had a couple of wines we haven’t liked and then naked were true to their promise and gave us a free replacement.
What’s not to like about that?

Your company is very relaxed (no heavy selling) also a very good selection of wines.
Delivery always prompt and well packed.
I also like the "special offers" each month

I like the approach, where you are connected with the winemaker, when you say you like it or otherwise they often respond.
The subscription service is good too, you pay in so much each month and then use that money to buy your wines. Its always best to buy by the case, 1 per month, that way it is free delivery and you get 1 or 2 bottles free.
Never miss out is good too, if you like a particular wine you can subscribe to it, when the new vintage hits the shelves, they send you a reminder. I have 6 put into a basket which I can then top up with other wines to 12 to get the freebie and free delivery. if you don't want them, just cancel it. Or you can cancel the min 6 and then just add as many as you want to a regular basket.
I have found the help line ladies very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, deliveries mostly spot on as well. Occasional hiccups, but well managed overall.
