I've been with them for a few years now.
They offer basic domaining tools and are doing it just fine (and support is responsive via email).
That's my opinion and experience

I have conducted transactions with various domain registrar companies, and I noticed a cheap domain registration promotion on NameBright.
Unfortunately, it turned out to be a nightmare for me.
NameBright suddenly restricted access to my account dashboard.
My account was unilaterally locked, and I tried contacting their support, but received no response.

I’m truly disappointed with NameBright’s service.
Be careful when shopping here.

They suddenly locked my account without any email notification, and proceeded to auction off my company's brand domain without warning.
I honestly don’t understand how this kind of dishonest registrar is still allowed to operate.

Accepted payment of more than $1000 for a domain and is not allowing it to be transferred for my use. I’m pretty sure this is called THEFT. Outrageous and blatantly fraudulent business, in my experience.

Honestly I don't know how this company operates. I have been locked out of my account and have asked to be sent a simple invoice (of which i paid) and a man so called "Ryan" simply cannot help me do anything...

I would highly recommend using absolute any other service on the web to purchase a domain. These guys are hopeless and should even be running a business.... Service is 0 stars not even 1 but i couldnt give this option.

Absolutely DIRE do not use NameBright or DROPCATCH for domains they just won’t transfer away domains directly company

For 7 days we have been trying to reach anybody. Ryan said he would get back to us or call. Nothing happens. Bewildering. When you call get put on hold but nobody answers or return calls.

REALLLLLY Bad!! Horrible Service, useless support team that clearly has no idea what they are doing. Where do they find these people to answer emails after 4 days of silence and then it's clear they didn't even read your email.

Attention, site frauduleux demandant obligatoirement des informations sensibles (passport, photos, factures)
Si vous demandez la suppression du compte et des données, ils vous indiquent qu'ils l'ont effectué mais vos informations restent en base de données (pseudo simplement renommé). Et le pire : vos cartes bancaire Visa Mastercard restent aussi en base... un but de revente frauduleuse de vos données ??!

I have multiple domains with them and so far so good.
No bs addons like Godaddy or Newfold.

And their customer service is fast.

Namebright has stolen our domain name AABSAL.COM and put it on sale for over $6000 USD.
Do not trust Namebright.

My emails were not working for 3 weeks, going into a month...I have the receipts! When I would inquire as to what is going on, I kept getting the blanket answer "the engineers are working on it" NEVER any questions, concern, or care about me or my business. A month in and still nothing! Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life! They have a lot to learn and as I see the feedback NOW on this company, they don't care obviously....HORRIBLE REVIEWS! BEWARE!! Find another company to work with. I have since closed my account and transferred out my domain.

I spent years writing lots of emails providing all the required materials but could not remove my 2FA. I cannot access my account for years.

I negotiated a purchase of a domain and forced to create an account with namebright to claim ownership. I did, everything was fine. I was not currently using the domain, so I left it in the acocunt. It was expiring and I wanted to transfer it. I could no longer log into my account. I emailed support, and they are asking for me to send a copy of my ID and a piece of mail to "verify" my address and identity. Not a chance. None of that is needed to own a domain or have access to an account. I consider this blackmail. I just want the domain I paid for and own.

Registered, bought a domain then cannot login anymore. Using the old site gave wrong username or password even after using the forget password feature twice. Then tried the beta one and managed to login but trying to go to any page will give "access unavailable" message. Tried to contact them and still no response.

I have moved my domain to NameBright and I am thrilled. A new modern web interface with advanced options such as configuring domains in categories. The support responds quickly and even fulfills extra requests. Couldn't be happier.

I have ten email addresses with this company, they are all down due to an "internal issue" that their engineers are looking into. The customer service agent told me that as a hosting company email isn't their priority.
