Ordered a necklace with a name tag which was a gift for my daughter. I’m in the UK. Received ok but not happy with the name tag itself. The wording of the name Charlotte did not look anything like my daughter’s name at all. I’ve asked friends what they think the name tag says and everyone confirms it doesnt say Charlotte. I’ve emailed my concerns to the support email address and was assured the order was as it should be and was offered 50% discount on my next order which I declined. This company are refusing to refund the cost and to accept a return of the item.
Their website details refund processes, but they won’t advise what that process is.
This company based in Texas are a waste of time.

Absolutely TERRIBLE company and customer service. I should have read all the bad reviews on trustpilot directly first! Their website takes only bits and pieces of the "good" reviews. Looking back on it there are tons of bad reviews!
Do not EVER order any kind of customized item from this company. Especially one with pictures. First of all, they do not let you view your customized item first before payment. So you really don't know what your item will look like until after its already left production. And once you get the "preview" if you decide something is wrong with it (which in my case with the cutomized card my photo was completely cut off, half of it not visible) then they charge an additional $8 fee to fix it. Or will let you cancel it altogether, but keep 50% of it from you because it's customized.
In 3 days, with their foreign customer service, I was assigned 3 different people first Lindsay, Sky than a Sienna.. not a single one of them knew what was going on with my case and it was basically like re-starting every single day with the same copied and pasted generic response. Not one of them actually listen to me as the customer or even offered any real solutions to help! And let me just say this...if their software had allowed a customer to preview the item first then this issue wouldn't even be an issue. Because I would have seen that the picture was going to come cut off and I would have chosen another.
But it is almost like a system designed scam because they don't let you preview it, and they force you to pay more to fix it until it's right.
So please do not EVER order any customized item from this place!! And let's hope you never have to deal with their awful customer service.

I was looking for a nice detail for my husband for our anniversary. I got the Custom Engraved Watch. He loves nature a lot and thought having this detail with the compass was a great idea. The quality of the watch is amazing and it works perfectly, definitely a nice and original present!

Sent my stuff to the wrong state and then wouldn't return my email to make good on it this place is a joke

Absolutely beautiful jewerly excellent service

I ordered 2 necklaces for mr daughters on the 1st December and have still not received the necklaces. No confirmation, no updates or anything. Can’t get through to anyone to see what is going on with my order.

I required a new bracelet due to ordering wrong size. I contacted Cherry and she went above and beyond to help, when I explained how important it was to have my sons names close to me around my wrist since over coming Cancer. Cherry got right onto organizing a replacement that was the correct size and had it re made for me. I have just been informed it’s being made now and will be sent out and I should get it in a few weeks which is absolutely awesome news. Cherry insured the exact size of my wrist I will be wearing it on to ensure it fits correctly.
Thank you so much Cherry you have made this experience so easy and you have been nothing but helpful and friendly as well as kind hearted upon knowing my story. I highly recommend Cherry and the team! I will use them in the future whenever i’m looking for personal jewelry.
