Fantastic service
Whilst Naional Tiles were not the cheapest tiles place I visited the customer service & range were impeccable.
The knowledge by everyone involved was awesome, they were the only company to give us samples & explain the difference in tiles gradings

Holding my refund for an unacceptable time
Long story short, I ordered tiles online, they took the money out of my account, informed me the tiles were no longer available and told me they would refund my money. Almost a month later, phone calls and emails, assurances that the refund has been processed, still no refund.
Invoice number 10188708. I don’t understand why you can’t determine the context, I feel my review is pretty self explanatory

Very happy with the great service we recieved…
We recieved excellent service from Katie who managed our tile order. She rang me each week to check where we were up to once we had the quote and let me know when the sale was ending so we managed to order within that time frame and made some savings. She was excellent at updating our order and also gave us some valuable advice in choosing the tiles in the first place. All I can say is 'don't loose her'.
