The staff at South Morang have assisted us on several projects now and have always provided knowledge on the products required both online and in store. We will definitley continue to purchase there.

I want to give zero stars!
I want to give zero stars. Ordered tiles online in January then received a call 1 month later to say there was a problem with distribution and it would be another month until I get my tiles. Another month later I have been told there was another problem and my tiles have not been sent. National Tiles have had my money since Jan. but seem unable to fulfil an order. I still don't know when I will get my tiles. Worse service ever.

Great service from start to finish
Amber at the Cremorne store could not have been more helpful. I live in the CBD, so delivery was going to be tricky. Amber sorted it all out so the delivery happened smoothly and quickly. She kept me updated all the way through the ordering, payment and delivery process. A potentially stressful experience turned out to be a breeze. Thank you Amber. Would recommend.
