The service I received from Connor at Needing Advice was nothing short of excellent. I needed two Decisions in Principle which he organised within a couple of days and then both the remortgage and purchase mortgages were completed within 3 weeks. He worked really quick, fantastic communication and updates all the time. Connor always got back to me within a maximum of 15mins for both email and telephone enquires. I will come back to Connor in the future and would fully recommend to anyone else no matter what your situation is.

With a help of Damian Youell all mortgage experience went smoothly and left only good memories. Our mortgage journey was like enjoying lovely views of countryside through the window of limousine - because our driver was Damian :) Very professional mortgage broker, so polite and with a great sense of humour, very quick email response, always picked up the phone and answered all my questions and did it many many times, I hope that I didn't annoyed him too much :)

We bought our new build house with a Help to Buy and in a few weeks we should get our keys. All situations are different but in our case from the beginning (contacting Damian) to the end (mortgage offer) everything in less than 7 weeks. If not the lenders valuation delay for about two weeks it could be done in 5 weeks. Considering all situation with a lockdown and delays everywhere it has been done much much quicker than I could ever expect! So happy and lucky that I found NeedingAdvice.co.uk definitely will use them again for the remortgage.
