Damian has helped me a lot through my tough times. I had been stressed out for days and as soon as I worked with Damian my mortgage had been accepted. I am ever so grateful for his help and would recommend to anyone in need.

Damian has been absolutely amazing in finding me the best mortgage deals for buy to let’s and was in contact with me regularly to get things through as quickly as possible. I wish we had used Damian and NeedingAdvice from the start of our journey to find a mortgage. We were with an alternative financial advisor who basically told us we were un-lendable. Went to Damian at NeedingAdvise and that afternoon found us a mortgage in principal with a reputable mortgage lender.

Connor has been an amazing help for me and my wife to get out first home. Connor has kept us up to date and informed about best possible deals with banks, and he secured a very low interest rate for us. The mortgage industry is very complexed, however, he throughly explained the standard and it’s requirements throughout the application process.

He was easy to get hold of, replied to our emails and text messages quickly, very knowledgeable and professional individual in his respected field.

For a low interest rate, I would suggest not to look for anyone else. I highly recommend Conner for his top quality service.

Andy was amazing through the whole process of buying our first house. Our house was delayed due to covid but he kept us up to date and chased the completion date when things seemed to slow down. Nothing was to much effort and he answered all our questions.

A review is not enough to express our thanks to Andy from needing advice. Simply, without his help and hard work we would not have got our house. We were a complex case from the get-go so doing this ourselves was never going to be an option, however we did not realise how invaluable Andy would be. Briefly, I am a PhD student on a stipend (classed as a risk, as a job is not guaranteed at the end), and my partner is a self-employed construction worker, who due to the pandemic lost a portion of his work and therefore took advantage of the government scheme.

Andy initially put an application in with a bank that accepted a stipend wage which had the best interest rate. After a lot of back and forth, and running around on Andy’s behalf this application was declined. Throughout the whole application Andy went above and beyond, doing everything the bank asked for. After we were declined, Andy found another bank straightaway and proceeded with an application with them. This application albeit successful was not straightforward and again a lot of work for Andy.

Throughout this all, Andy took care of everything; the only thing we had to do was send him any documents/information required for the application. Andy was upfront about everything that was going on and was always available to speak to. Despite us being so much work for him and probably a massive weight over his shoulders he was always a pleasure to deal with. I am a worrier by nature, however people commented on how relaxed I was throughout the whole process, and it is because we had Andy doing everything for us. After the application Andy even arranged our life insurance, and said he will be in touch when our mortgage is up for renewal!

We can honestly not thank him enough, and cannot emphasise enough how much we would recommend him for others to use, we will definitely use him again in the future should we so require.
