I waited for over 2 weeks opened the package clicked the top as it said it was empty i have sent email asking for refund. However I states un opened how would I know it was empty if I dident open to try. Ive been scammed.

I have a pretty decent pain threshold but I could only keep the lip plump on for 2 minutes before I had to wipe off and grab the ice. My lips were on fire and I felt an intense burning. There was no slight tingling that I was expecting. It was full on intense. I passed to friends to try and every one of them also had the same reaction. Money down the drain for me.

I got my lip plumper. I put a little too much on the first time which holy moly! My lips were on fire! But that only lasted about 3 minutes and then started to go away really fast. And OMG THE RESULTS! I already have pretty nice lips, they arnt thin, just nicely proportional. But my lips looked sooo good like I had filler done! My hubby loved the results too! If you’re wondering about what the spicy feeling in your lips is gonna be like, think of the most spicy food you’ve ever had and that hot tingling feeling on your tounge and in your mouth but all over your lips for about 3-4 minutes. But I promise, girl, it’s soooo worth after that goes away after a few minutes! You’re gonna love how your lips look!

My issues were addressed quickly and I appreciated the assistance very much.

I'm very happy with Nelux, the product is great, a little painful the 1st time I used it but it was so worth it. It came well wrapped, I was impressed with that and I didn't have to wait very long either. Janice was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a few questions about the whole process. All in all, I am very pleased.

Do NOT buy from this company. I had a severe reaction from the lip plumper and I’ve had lip injections in the past and have never had issues with any other plumping product. I feel this company is fraudulent. I Never signed up for any autopay yet PayPal informed me after placing the order I must have automatically been set up. I would have never known this unless I opened a dispute with the company through PayPal. I opened one of the 5 tubes I received and had a severe reaction so I emailed them and customer service told me to try less of the product and basically refused me a refund although 4 packages are completely unopened!!! I’m very upset. I should have read other reviews first but saw their ad on Facebook and got baited. Don’t Fall for the few good reviews. They are probably employees of the company or paid review writers!!

Obsessed!! Favorite brand ever 😍 sooo aesthetic and the new changing foundation is insane! The formula feels AMAZING 🤩 perfect for summer.
