Hi Kevin,

Anyone who opt outs during their first month should get a full refund.
Once that opt-out window has passed, we aren’t legally allowed to pay out any pension contributions until you’re 55. (This is rising to age 57 in 2028). You can transfer your money to another pension provider, or we’ll invest it on your behalf until you can access it.

Please keep an eye out for a message through Trustpilot. I’ve raised a request for more information so I can connect you with the right people to get this resolved.

To log in, you’ll need your Nest member ID number from your welcome letter, your National Insurance number and your date of birth. (Please don’t share these here, to keep your identity safe.)

If you can’t find your Nest ID, please get in touch with our customer service team on 0300 020 0090 – they’re available Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm, and will be able to help you get into your account.
