Horrible service- do not use
Horrible service. I have traveled all over the world using services like this, and never have I run across a more dishonest fleecing. This basically left us stranded in a foreign country.
First, the pickup location at Haneda Airport is in a random area near the trains. We had to ask two different airport workers just to find it. The staff were friendly.
Second, and the reason I would never recommend this company, when you hit your data limit on the UNLIMITED plan, they throttle your service so badly that it becomes unusable. This left us stranded with no way to use Google Maps, the internet, or anything else to get back to our hotel. We did not understand what was happening because there was no way to troubleshoot or contact support, because there was no WiFi connection.
We had to find a store with free WiFi just to download directions back to the hotel.
When we contacted customer service via WhatsApp, there was no apology and no real help. The only solution offered was to buy more data for over $15 USD for the rest of our stay. To add insult to injury, the data could not even be added that day. You have to wait until the next day.
I cannot recommend this service. I have written several reviews in places I hope other travelers will see and be warned. I have also filed a complaint with Klook, where I originally reserved and paid.
