REFUND YOUR MONEY from your own bank by scheme called charge back service .
First step is to call your bank tell them you didnt get your promised service and that you being scammed . Ask for charge back service to recover your money from their bank . Eventually their bank will close their account and they will end up paying high fees and they will get closed . Many people dont know about charge back but please google it or ask citizens advise about it or your own bank. Dont let them go away with it !

100% Fake. I was waiting 6 months for my NI number and paid 100 pound but nothing happened. I just lost my money. So please nobody apply through them.

Scam, As a EU citizen I paid £60 for my NIN in August 2020, they have never done anything since then, not a single mail. They make you believe you can get an appointment through them but the truth is that it’s not possible for Europeans to get a NIN at the moment.
Shame!

This is a complete scam you can’t get through to them and the only way you will get a NI number is through the Gov site no where else and you can’t get through to NINo site robbing B......

We recently paid £99 for this company to apply for a NI number. We got nothing back, took us 5-6 emails to get a short reply which said nothing. I would suggest you do not use this company, it is a scam and should be reported. Very disapointed. Jelena

I am happy to review my last posting regarding this company I must admit I was a little quick off the mark regarding my expectations I spoke to a director who was pleasant and dealt with me me in a professional manner and believe you me it was difficult because I was irrate and upset at the delay I was experiencing and getting a response to the problems I was having but after a short conversation explaining his side of the story I accepted it we came to a very amicable agreement and I am more than happy to amend my review Andy the director I spoke to explained in these times things were more difficult but customers deserve satisfaction and regards to negative reviews unfortunately, and I'm guilty of this, people tend not to give any response to a satisfactory situation but quick to complain if they feel hard done by I think that's true of alot of people but good luck Andy and all at NINO times and circumstances will change for the trading world soon and maybe you could do things differently I don't know but one customer at a time is all you can do and a little more patience from us guys might help 👍

SCAM !! stay away. Total rip off.

Yet again another rejection of my request for a refund of £48 x2 for their failure to supply the missing NI number with pathetic twisting of the truth to try and justify their decision.

This is fraud and, from reading others’ poor reviews, l believe Nino should be held accountable.

We have now managed to retrieve the number from HMRC with no cost involved and we are seeking legal advice.

SINCE SEPT 15th I APPLIED, ITS BEEN BACK AND FORTH, NO HEAD WAY AFTER PAYING £87, NUMBER ON THE MAIL SENT DOES NOT CONNECT.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. A TOTAL SCAM. I applied for a National Insurance Number Interview on the 20th of September of 2020 through their website. Due to the covid situation, the UK Government is currently not taking new applications in. Therefore, NINO APPLY is not providing any service in this respect neither delivering any interview dates or any sort of information to their clients.
I requested a refund a couple of times by sending an email to refund@ and enquiries@, they keep on replying emails automatically and kept the money I paid, that is 60 pounds. It´s been three weeks and I haven't received any sort of email or confirmation from them. If I do not receive assistance from the customer service desk, I will see myself forced to inform Customer Advice Scotland and The Online Dispute Resolution Centre of the European Commission.

CompIete scammer! I could give zero star if it's possible. I contacted Ninoapply on July and asked them if they are really making appointments for NI number, their customer service said yes. And told me to pay £84.00 for the NI number card and the appointment, I paid. When I found out that they are scammers 5 days later, I called them immediately to request for a refund but they said that I should send an email, which I did but they did not refund the money.

SCAM, do not give your money. They will only partially refund you because they have no appointments. They will seek the vulnerable and people who aren't aware the national insurance numbers are actually FREE!

We are applying for my sons student loan and for some reason he has not been sent his nin number. When I called the government office they say the service is down during Covid-19 so we were desperate and applied through ninoapply. My husband pointed out it is a scam after I already made payment. Has anyone been able to get a refund?

It is a SCAM 100%. EU nationals will not get any NIN issued by the UK government/JobCentre, EU are allowed to get a job by showing the valid passport/ID.

NON EU will get by phone direct with the government at no cost.

Stay away from this company, I am fighting hard against them who took me 60GBP.

You cannot trust this company, they advised me the NI will be ready in one week and charge me extra for the blue card.
When I called official NI same day after I submitted my order, they confirmed there no any appointment for NI and it’s not clear when the appointment will restart again because of current situation .
I submit refund form by post as described in the company policy and sent email to confirm that, they requested me to fill form and submit other form by email , I did ,since that time no respond for 3 weeks.
I regretted not reviewed their service review before I used them as it the review is really bad

It is shocking that this company's only response was to that one single person who claimed to have a good experience. They took time to write out an "essay" just to say thank you for the only positive review they got and ignored the negative one. That says a lot about them. I nearly fell victim.

To be Honest we thought tis was a Proper Government supported Site but it appear to just take GBP 60 and do Nothing to help get your National Insurance No. Their Customer Service does Not Respond and Now we have to go to the Bank to Cancel Payment.

Stupidly, I was taken in by their advert and phoned them believing it was the best / quickest option to get a NINO. I was promised a "Fast Track" service for £60 (plus an optional extra charge for a plastic NI card). I was promised an interview date in "two weeks or thereabouts". One month later, no news, no updates, no interview date and absolutely no evidence that an application has even been made. No contact details are published or provided to find out what is going on. They do not respond to email requests for information.
These people tell you whatever you want to hear until they have your money and then you never hear from them again. I've given up with them, they scammed me out of £60 and did absolutely NOTHING. I just checked on the GOV.UK website, it states there quite clearly that there is no "Fast Track" service to getting a NINO ... NINOAPPLY.co.uk are liars and cheats, they take money for services they CANNOT supply and are not authorised to supply.
