Avoid - it is a scam!

I went through them with the assumption they would provide a NI number in 48 hours. I paid £48 on the 20th of March 2020 and I still do not have any NI number. I’ve asked for a refund and they have told me they are unable to refund me. My partner has applied directly with the government during the pandemic and has received her letters already.

Do not use these people. I paid them £96 in the belief that this was the official way of getting an NI number. I found out afterwards that it is FREE to obtain directly from the government website. I asked for a cancellation and a refund after all they provided me with was a "reference number". They gave me the cancellation, but not the refund. DO NOT USE THEM!

My boyfriend used this service which is obviously a joke!!! They ask you money to do something that you could do for free.. You want to pay for a service? Fair enough.. but someone that calls them thinking that’s the only way to do it gets lied on their faces! When my boyfriend asked why there was a fee (he knew it was free ) they said because of brexit!!Plus he paid for a nin card which doesn’t exist anymore and will never arrive!!! If it’s a legitimate business why these lies???? We are in financial difficulties and this put us very down.. what kind of people would do this? Pure rubbish... I will try to get a refund but I know from previous reviews that it will be very hard!

2 months after applying for a NI number (non-EU citizen), they have told us our application forms did not arrive to process them. And we have to start it all over again. Ridiculous and disgrace. Visa is running out because of them.

We plan to move to UK and paid 100€ for this service. They promised to email confirmation of our payment within 24hr and we never got the email. We have heard nothing since. But they took our money!!!
Then I found out through the only official website for obtaining NINO that the service is free. Try the gov.uk website.

The worst services I have ever experienced.
I applied for a national insurance number and attended an interview to sign a form in January, 2018. It's now the end of November, 2019 and I still haven't received it. After numerous calls, (which in fact take at least 15 minutes of just waiting for an advisor to pick up). Then I was told I needed to sign an address form and send it through mail. After sending that I received the same form to fill in again. Is that some joke?
I finally managed to make another call and see why this is happening and the advisor told me he put my new address and that I will finally receive my number within 15 days.
Some of the advisors are very helpful and understanding but some are just useless. I had one telling me she would call me later during the day so she could check the information again and she didn't.
There aren't enough staff to answer the phone and genuinely not receiving my number after a year of constant calls and mails I feel like a clown wasting my time.

So don't apply this way!

Beware ! you do not need to use this company, its totally free to do yourself.
Check their TrustPilot Review on the TrustPilots own website as the truth is its one star and not the four stars they advertise, does that sound like a company which is honest ?

My son used them on the 24th September 2019 and still no number has arrived, apparently lost in the post.

Be aware!!! They charge you for a service wich is free. Please use the guvernamental website for NINO application.

Great service! Been hanging on the phone for about 2days trying to get through to book an appointment! Yes you have to pay them, but I’ve got an appointment sorted within 20minutes after filling out the information and paying. £45 well spent to save my sanity 😉

DO NOT USE! Paid for this service have waited nearly 4 months and still haven’t received! Very rude staff. Can apply for this yourself for FREE!

Same happened to me as others have experienced.
Applied, payed the deposit, did not even get the confirmation of payment, received an email with instructions to reply whiting 30 days. I replied after an hour... then all communication stoped, have not received any replies or answers to my question, except 55 pounds was taken from my account. I believe there is no way I am getting that money back and I have already applied through gov.uk.

How is it possible that this agency is not prosecuted?

Do not use this company they mislead on the time it would take to apply along with the information required. Before they had even started the process, I found my number and they had already charged in full for the service they have never delivered. I cancelled the service immediately, but they still charged me over £100. I was then quoted erroneous terms that said they could charge me in full.
Do not do what I did and pay money for something they do not deliver on.
They try and get reviews taken down to not show how really terrible this service is

I have checked your so called web-site. No, you website does NOT “ clearly state that you are not affiliated with DWP”. Your terms and conditions are ambiguous and nonsensical.

You also state that you send out the plastic National Insurance cards yet DWP stopped issuing these cards over five years ago, so on whose request, are you issuing these cards on behalf of? Have they outsourced this to you?

I have reported your website to the trading standards authority and I will be sending in a formal letter of complaint and request a refund. FRAUD BY MIS-REPRESENTATION

This website is charging for a service that is free - you do not have to pay for an NI number. It is not linked to a government site, though it looks like it is as it uses .gov as a web address.
I have applied for a refund, and been refused - I count anyone gets money back as this is a fraudulent site who are stealing money from unsuspecting people. Don't be fooled! You can get a NI number easily, using Live Chat, and don't need to pay. It took all of 15 minutes on the legitimate website.

Charging loads of money for free services. I would have saved 60 pounds if i called Job Center myself.

This is a dishonest website that doesn't provide any value.
Takes your money to do what you can do yourself, also offered services to me, took my money, then found out I'm not eligible to receive the service. Won't give my money back as I agreed to T&Cs that weren't shown anywhere on the pages you fill out. Don't be stupid like me...

Have just spent £138 for this service. However it does not need to be paid for, it is a free service.
