The above numbers are the the FREE REAL government numbers to apply for a national insurance number. It is free. 100% free. NINO apply £72 for this government FREE application.

My experience:
my aspergers son contacted NINO apply as he was born abroad. I realised within 10 minutes that he had contacted the NINO apply that lists first in a google search. He paid the £72 out of his tiny allowance thinking that he had to pay for this completely free government service. He went to NINO apply instead of to the free government website which is gov dot uk forward slash apply-national-insurance-number

I contacted NINO APPLY REPEATEDLY within 10 minutes asking for a refund / money back. This was on a SUNDAY before any possible "work" (ringing u the numbers above for my son) could possibly have taken place as the government office is closed on a sunday.

Pointedly refused. They just absolutely refused. In the end, I rang up the government office myself (numbers I listed above) - they were wonderfully helpful and assured ,me there was absolutely NO COST associated with getting a national insurance number. I set up the appointment for my son myself.

My experience: NINO APPLY will not cancel your application request even within 10 minutes out of hours.

NINO APPLY charge a fee to ring the toll free number for you.

There is no guarantee to get a National Insurance number card from them - it is not up to NINO APPLY> It is up to the government office - the government office were REALLY REALLY clear about this when I rang them up.

The decisions of getting or not getting a National Insurance number is SOLELY from the government office. No additional money will somehow miraculously get a national insurance number. NINO APPLY solely ring up the FREE toll free number above..

I am pointing out that the NINO APPLY name is actually under a different company name. Go to the government website to get information-about-a-company and get the information about NINO Apply yourself. Searches within the government information-about-a-company website will take about 30 minutes which will allow you to get their organisation number which identifies them to pursue any complaints with government officials should you choose to do so.

Any complaints to government authorities that you may or may not wish to pursue would need to list that organisation number

Their company address listed from the above government website can be found via a google search. I cannot list it here as the company have complained about my listing their company address. Your decide why that would be.

Good luck and my real sympathy to you if you have lost money to them. based on my experience, you will not get that money back from them, but do approach your financial institutions, Trading Standards, Anti-Fraud for a start.

My daughter went on this website as she'd lost her card, she has learning difficulties and unwittingly paid £72.00 for a new one. When she told me what she'd done i told her to cancel, this was within 15 minutes of her ordering it. This was ignored by the company. Within 24 hours she sent another message, they said if she could prove she'd cancelled they would look into it. As the message was typed on their website it mysteriously disappeared. When i called national insurance.gov.uk they confirmed a card is no longer needed and it would be free to issue another number. My daughter has now lost her money by this company. I will be reporting it to trading standards in the hope that other people dont pay out this ridiculous amount of cash. Please look into it carefully before you purchase a card you don't need as I said you can get 1 for free using the gov.uk website.

I was very happy with the service i received with ninoapply. I had no time in my busy work schedule to call and book my nin interview myself, so found these guys online thanks to my sister who reccomended NinoApply to me. ( shes used these guys before too). I applied, paid and received my interview confirmation email within 2 hours.
Simple, fast, efficient, professional and delivered with their processing timescales.

I went to the interview, had no issues and received my number in the post. I even selected their Plastic NI Card Service, so now i have my plastic National insurance number card in my wallet.

i will recommend these guys to my fellow family & friends.

As formally confirmed by the staff at the National Insurance department, this website isn't in any way linked to them! They take money for a service that is free, they just manage to advertise well and therefore be among the first in a search engine and then upon calling them, they get you an appointment which you could have done on your own in 5 minutes over the phone! On top of it they have no access to what they call and charge extra for, a "fast track" service, as it doesn't exist, again according to the staff at NI..
It is upsetting that people like that can still get away with it and be trusted by many.

This is an absolute joke.
Applied online to a NINOAPPLY service in order to legally change my name on my National Insurance Number. They charged me £42 for a service that was free and done via phone call in less than five minutes.
They claimed not to be part of any governmental and organisations and still don't want to refund my money back.
For any issues and questions, please spend some extra time on your phone and call directly to the HMRC or the National Insurance Number.
