I have been a regular Nisbets customer and, until now, my experience has generally been positive. Unfortunately, my latest order has been extremely disappointing.

I placed an order for a Kasai Medium Long Konro Grill, together with a Heating Mat and spare parts, on 7 May. At the time of purchase, the estimated lead time was approximately four weeks.

Since then, the delivery date has been postponed repeatedly. I have received multiple revised estimates over the past two months, including another 2–3 week estimate on 1 July, only to be informed again that delivery is now expected between the first and second week of August.

What I find most frustrating is the lack of consistency. While my existing order continues to be delayed, the same grill has remained advertised on the Nisbets website with a 2–3 week lead time. It is very difficult to understand how new customers are shown this delivery estimate while an order placed over two months ago continues to be pushed back.

Customer service has always replied politely, but the responses have consisted mainly of revised estimates rather than a clear explanation of what is actually causing the delays. At this stage, I am simply looking for transparency and accurate information.

I am not looking to cancel my order—I still want the grill, the Heating Mat, and the spare parts I ordered. I only want Nisbets to honour the order and provide a realistic delivery timeline instead of repeatedly moving the expected date.

I hope this issue can still be resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend ordering products with extended lead times until Nisbets improves the accuracy of its delivery information and communication.

I purchased a Buffalo ice cream maker last Monday. It arrived promptly as advised on Wednesday. The product was very securely packaged. It is a very good product at an excellent price in comparison to other such brands. I would be happy to purchase from Nesbits again.

Good variety of products, very fast delivery

Bolero Garden Chairs look great, are comfortable and appear sturdy. I was expecting them to heat up in the sun, but they stay cool.

The delivery wasn't super fast, but didn't take ages either.... all in all, it was well worth it as the chairs were great value compared to elsewhere.

Nesbets were very quick and efficient with my order…. I can recommend them for any orders.

Next day delivery. Web site was easy to navigate. I had a 10 percent off voucher . That didn't work. It wouldn't accept the code.

Great choice of products with different price points. Delivered quickly, good quality and as described. Would recommend.

Over priced poor quality Chef wear ,all of their approns are thin and plasticy , customer service in store not great, was given the wrong jacket by sales assistant . Knives shown as available online are in fact out of stock , found this after paying for them .

There are much better Irish owned companies who supply superior goods at a lower price and have great customer care !!!

Ok for a stopgap but I will not be returning and definitley do not reccomend .
