If you are reading these reviews like I was a few months ago wondering whether to enquire with Nishti, please be assured that I feel it was the best decision I could have made for me and my baby. My baby (Roman) was suffering with CMPA and reflux which I finally figured out when he was 2 months old. After being diagnosed, we went down the rabbit hole of trying 5 different formulas, by the time I found Nishti I was desperate to help my baby and didn’t want to make the next move without proper guidance.

She made a plan first for us to get him on the right formula and helped us through that transition, then helped us with our weaning journey, introducing allergens, and making a plan to reintroduce the 2 allergies we identified he had. She really listens and provides a tailored plan and support for your baby as an individual and their individual symptoms, and checks in with you daily to monitor progress and answer any questions. Not only does she provide an amazing service, she truly cares and understands how hard this journey can be mentally for parents.

Both myself and Roman’s dad have said we would make the decision to work with Nishti 100 times over. We couldn’t thank her enough and I will truly miss working with her! Thank you Nishti ❤️

I found Nishti’s Choice through Tiktok and after looking at all the reviews, I decided to contact Nishti myself to help with my then 3 month old baby suffering from eczema.

As a first time mum, the last thing I needed was the stress of my baby going through what I thought were random eczema flare ups, blotchy and sore skin and itching like no tomorrow. Once I spoke to Nishti it was very clear that my diet and therefore my baby’s diet (through breastmilk) we’re a cause to the flare ups.

Nishti spent many months with me, monitoring from behind the scenes and responding as soon as possible to any queries I had. She guided me through flare ups and after analysing my notes, looked for potential causes. She explained what could have gone wrong and recommended what to do next.

She also guided me through allergen testing and gently pushed me to try new things (we all know how terrifying it can be to put your child through that!), but Nishti was always so understanding of my fears and let me go at my own pace.

As our time was coming to an end I really reflected back on what I had taken from this service and I can honestly say that I am so much more confident at identifying my baby’s flare up and quicker to recognise what could have caused it. Nishti has prepared me with techniques which can applied throughout my baby’s life time and for that I will be forever grateful.

I am so glad my late night doomscrolling in the depths of postpartum led me to Nishti and even more grateful for all the help I received.

Nishti was very professional. I had many questions and was uncertain how to move forward with our baby's diet as she has CMPA. After the consultation, I felt more confident that I was doing my best and had a clear plan on what to do in the next few months.

Working with Nishti is one of the best things I’ve ever done. She was the only professional who truly listened to my concerns. From the very beginning, I felt that she genuinely cared and truly wanted to help both my son, and that made all the difference.

Having a baby with CMPA, and other allergies is incredibly hard. It comes with constant worry, sleepless nights, endless Googling, and repeated GP and hospital appointments. Watching your child struggle and feeling like you can’t help is one of the worst feelings as a mum. Nishti was honestly a godsend. Because of her, I didn’t have to constantly worry anymore I finally had someone I could trust, someone who was there, who wanted to help.

The Settled Baby Plan is amazing. Nishti is with you every step of the way, checking in, guiding you, and making sure your baby is doing well. I never felt alone. Any worry or question I had no matter how small, even something as simple as food options she was always there to advise and reassure me.

What Nishti is doing is truly special. She’s not only helping babies so they don’t have to struggle, but she’s also helping mums feel supported, confident, and able to actually enjoy their baby and motherhood. Words can’t describe how grateful I am. She is truly amazing, and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation, if you’re seeing this and your considering work with Nishti and there’s any hesitation, this is your sign to do it, you will not regret it.

We worked with Nishti for about three months to support our family and it was truly life changing.

Our 10 month old baby was struggling with moderate eczema since 3 months old. We had been trying to manage the eczema with no prior experience/knowledge of the skin disease. Our GP and dermatologist advised to use steroid creams. As soon as we completed the scheme, her eczema flared again and we were back at square one. I felt there had to be more we could do. We were frustrated, lost, and desperate to help our baby.

Fortunately we found Nishti who was patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in her approach. She took time to listen to us, and explain recommendations and answer all of our questions.

Over the course of our time working together, our daughter’s eczema improved. What began as frequent flare-ups became minimal by the end of the three months, which was incredibly reassuring for us as parents.

She also provided us with practical tools and clear guidance that helped us feel confident not only in managing our child’s nutrition going forward, but also when speaking with other healthcare professionals about her eczema. We felt supported and empowered throughout the entire process.

We would absolutely do it all over again and highly recommend her to any family seeking compassionate, evidence-based nutritional support for their child. Thank you Nishti!

Nishti has been following my son Federico for a year, initially he had reactions due to MCAS almost every day, here in Italy we did not find nutritionists experts in MCAS and since he also had other rare diseases we did not really know how to move.
Fortunately we met Nishti who despite the distance was magnificent, professional, empathetic and always present, she immediately established a beautiful relationship of trust with my son reassuring him and always transmitting a lot of positivity especially on nutrition, with her we slowly understood which foods made my son feel bad and over time we managed to have a healthy and low histamine diet that was good for him, thus eliminating all his symptoms, and to this day Federico lives peacefully with his condition, knowing perfectly the foods that are bad for him and not. We are happy to met her and we highly recommend her to anyone who is facing any type of food allergy, she is a magnificent and indescribable person, we are really satisfied with the work she did to help us❤️

Not sure where to begin…., Nishti has honestly been amazing. When I first reached out to Nishti we were so lost and desperate to help our little girl, she had been suffering with severe eczema from the age of 6 months and things were just getting worse and worse . We had been backwards and forwards to the doctors and seen dermatologists who insisted she needed steroid creams and there was nothing else that would help . We had noticed real patterns with food she was eating causing flare ups but were told this was not the case and was just coincidence. The first initial call with Nishti ended up being so emotional, it was the first time through the whole process I felt listen to, Nishti was so understanding and reassuring that we would be able to get to the bottom of what was going on. Fast forward a few weeks, Nishti had been checking daily our food, skin and sleep offering support and guidance everyday , we discovered our little one had multiple food allergies and everything made a bit more sense . We have worked really closely with Nishti on her diet, ensure she is getting what she needs and control her flare ups. Our daughter also has numerous environmental allergies which were discovered thanks to the system that Nishti has by us logging everything on her diary. Our journey is very much still going but Nishti has been here every step of the way offering her full support and guidance.

I cannot express how grateful we are for everything and do not know where we would be right now without it. Thanks Nishti, you are amazing!

Nishti has been a great help over these last few months working with us to identify my baby’s allergies and helping us calm his eczema down. He has made great improvement over the last couple of months and Nishti has been with us every step of the way. She has always remained kind and professional ensuring we are satisfied and keen to try everything possible to get to the root of the problem and we are very glad we decided to work with her :)

After seeing numerous practitioners Nishti was the only person that had been able to help improve my son's limited diet due to Mast Cell activation. Her daily input has been so valuable. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially to those who are struggling with MCAS, it is so difficult to navigate by yourself. My son was only eating 5 foods when he first started with her, now it's 25 and keeps improving. Thanks again Nishti, you have given my son a better quality of life.

Nishti is truly amazing and has helped us so much. She’s clearly an expert in diet/nutrition with great knowledge but not only that, she’s compassionate and really wants to do everything she can to help. I contacted Nishti around April 2025 in the hopes she could help our 2 year old son. He was going through an absolutely horrific time with his skin, it was was flared up and he was constantly itching himself. Diet wise we had cut out all allergens because I felt like he was reacting to everything and I was just at a lost with what to do. We had a consultation with Nishti and worked out a plan, I posted on the app everyday with updates of everything he was eating along with photos of his skin and updates on how my son was doing. She would review everything I post everyday and make comments, send messages, voice notes etc she was very involved. Food and allergies can be a bit of a minefield so it was great having Nishti there providing us guidance everyday. We worked with Nishti for 3 months, in the end we discovered he was experiencing histamine issues and worked on a low histamine diet and slowly introducing some new foods into his diet overtime time as his gut started to heal. His diet was extremely limited and went from having chicken, rice and veg every day to now pretty much having everything other than milk and nuts. He’s now able to enjoy snacks, cakes, sweeties just like other kids his age does and just enjoying his food without his skin reacting. Life is just so much easier now. His skin is doing so much better and he’s a much happier boy. We honestly went through the toughest time of our lives dealing with my son’s skin and diet issues and Nishti was such a great help and support through the process of it. Nishti was a lifesaver for our daughter. We had tried about 5 different formulas before working with Nishti. We cannot recommend Nishti highly enough. Finding out our daughter had a Cow's Milk Protein Allergy (CMPA) felt overwhelming, confusing, and stressful. She also suffered from eczema due to her allergy. From our very first appointment, Nishti provided us with the expertise and reassurance we needed to navigate this journey. Now, our daughter’s eczema is almost completely gone and she has given us practical tools and plans to continue with our daughter. Again, cannot thank Nishti enough!!

Best choice I’ve ever made after numerous attempts to paediatricians! Wasted so much time and money with GP, Private health sector! OMG Nishti resolved all my babies issues and addressed them all after constantly communication and advice and perfect interaction never left me in doubt or alone gave me full support on our journey for my babies Allergies at the end after eliminating all possible allergies and creating food ladders for me we have concluded that my son has severe Cows milk allergy and Severe Acid reflux which makes these two problems of together! She diagnosed my son’s issues and although it’s all been addressed she still keeps in touch! You will not be disappointed at all!

Nishti is amazing with kids! She explained everything clearly, made nutrition fun, and created a plan that really works for our family. Our child is eating better, has more energy, and feels more confident. Highly recommend!

Nishti has been nothing but a god send! She helped us get the correct milk for our little girl within a matter of days and has been on the other end of the phone for anything we needed. Our daughter has unfortunately had a challenging time with other aspects of her health and Nishti was always so understanding and accommodating. Would only ever recommend Nishti!

Nishiti was fantastic and helped us to problem solve what felt like an impossible dietary situation with our son. Our son had a difficult start to life and eating, but with Nishiti’s guidance and insight we were able to find a formula he could tolerate and liked. Not long after switching formulas, almost all of my son’s reflux stopped, and he started improving in all areas. Nishiti then educated us in introducing new foods and now we will slowly start trying soy and dairy. Thank you Nishiti and to any parents out there struggling with what feels like never ending dairy, soy, and food allergies with your little one, I can’t recommend Nishiti enough!

Without a doubt inviting Nishti into our lives was one of the best decisions that we have ever made for our baby (Shiloh).
Alike many, we came to Nishti absolutely overwhelmed, drained and so frustrated about the lack of education and understanding regarding CMPA and allergies from our local services. Shiloh was just a month old when he was diagnosed by the hospital with CMPA and reflux. During that visit, he was given a prescription for Nutramigen and Gaviscon. The Nutramigen did not work. On the six week checkup for Shiloh, I raised this and I was immediately denied further care for Shiloh as the doctor stated they do not agree with his diagnosis.
As parents, we tried many different formulas including goats milk formula and Aptamil Pepti 1, which we required from a GP. We would see some initial relief but after a few days the symptoms came flying back. Nothing was working.
Additionally, Shiloh used to take his bottle so badly, the health visitor booked me an appointment to take him to get checked for a tongue tie! During that appointment, Shiloh was assessed during a feed and they stated they believe Shiloh has allergies by the way he is taking his bottle. After examination, Shiloh did not have a tongue tie. Once again, I felt absolutely helpless. Everything was pointing back to allergies and it felt no one could help me!

Since Shiloh’s diagnosis of CMPA, I had been closely following Nishti on TikTok and it was during one of her videos where she said, something along the lines of “ if you are a parent who is struggling to know what formula to give your baby, it is not your responsibility to know”. In that moment I knew, I needed Nishti! So I reached out and during our 15 minute conversation, Nishti gave me hope and confidence that she could help Shiloh to be well, thriving and symptom-free. During this conversation, Nishti’s kindness, attention to detail, candour and overall knowledge and experience shone through. So at three months old, Shiloh was placed under Nishti’s care.
Within a matter of weeks, Nishti got Shiloh on the correct formula! And once she did, we saw instant results. All the fighting during his feeds, all the immediate discomfort, all the issues with his reflux and gut related issues subsided and within a short time, totally left.
We opted for the ‘Settled Baby’ plan so once Shiloh was on the correct formula, at the appropriate time, Nishti had me wean Shiloh. Slowly introducing him to allergens. We have faced some bumps in the road, as Shiloh has reacted to some things and not others. However, I could not have navigated any of it without Nishti. She guided us through each step, paid close attention, educated us as parents and built our confidence up to know how to detect when Shiloh was reacting to something.
Shiloh is now 7months old and we know he has CMPA, meaning we avoid dairy products, and we also know Shiloh has a suspected egg allergy. Shiloh is able to eat a well-rounded diet. There are some foods we are mindful that flare Shiloh’s eczema at present and we know this because Nishti has educated, informed and overall equipped us to be confident and well able parents.
