We first sought help for our breastfed baby boy when he began suffering from severe eczema, vomiting, and explosive bowel movements around 8 weeks old. Unfortunately, our health visitors and GP dismissed our concerns, and despite my persistent efforts, they rejected the idea of non-IgE food allergies. I took matters into my own hands by eliminating certain food groups from my diet, which led to some improvement. Eventually, we consulted a private doctor who validated our suspicions and referred us to Nishti.

From the moment we connected with her, I was deeply impressed by her expertise, compassion, and reassuring presence. She not only helped us identify the food triggers behind our baby’s symptoms but also guided us through the process of reintroducing foods safely. Nishti took the time to track our baby's symptoms carefully, and she highlighted specific signs of IgE allergies that I had not considered. Her regular check-ins provided much-needed support, ensuring I maintained a nutritious diet while breastfeeding and keeping my baby safe. She was always responsive, approachable, and easy to reach, making us feel supported every step of the way.

Nishti was engaged in mid 2021 to support my sister Elaine who has a learning disability. Nishti created a healthy rolling meal plan which was implemented and the results have been very rewarding. Three years later Elaine is transformed and her weight is now within the normal range based on BMI, having been very significantly obese three years ago.

Nishti was absolutely amazing and so thorough. She went beyond what I expected and never skimmed the surface. We started with what we thought was a milk allergy which actually was an egg allergy. We had been trying to work it out for 2 years and it was only with Nishti’s help could we get to the bottom of things. She is a lovely kind person and it was a pleasure to have her helping us

Nishti was like an angel send through heaven to guide me on climbing milk ladder with my 4 year old.
Within three months we have successfully climbed the milk ladder. The journey was not smooth but Nishti whole my hand through the process and helped me walk gracefully.

Nishti's advice and experience has really helped us climb out of desperately confusing and hard times with our allergic baby and ow toddler. She gives sound advice you can trust based on so much experience and always checks in with you. She is so approachable withany questions and never makes you feel silly. Highly recommended.

Nishti was so helpful from the first meeting, she made sure i was okay before anything else. We got down to any issues after the first consultation, i know have a healthy happy baby . Nishti helped me with a smallest of things i felt comfortable enough to message any time of the day , she always checked in and made sure we were okay. We said goodbye to our breastfeeding journey and nishti help me wean baby and start him on formula . My boy never ate his food or open his mouth Nishti gave me so many ideas and tips he is now eating 3 meals and snacks ! Mama and baby are both healthy and happy. The peace of mind that us as parents were given while working with Nishti has been a blessing. To see our daughter thrive under her instruction and supervision has been a long time coming. My baby had been suffering since 8 weeks old, rash, wheezing, coughing, terrible reflux, we was up a&e constantly, dropped 4 centiles and was very underweight, after being pushed from pillow to post in the NHS for 14 weeks as a family we were at breaking point and decided to look for help privately, I stumbled across nishtis choice and decided to give her a call, we went with the settled baby plan and it was the best decision iv ever made, with in a couple of weeks of being under nishtis care my baby started to improve, he’s now happy and healthy and piling the weight on, I would recommend the settled baby plan to anyone struggling, it’s worth every penny, daily contact and guidance, the app nishti provides is fab and easy to use.

Nishti is fab! Very friendly and extremely knowledgable. She helped me so much with understanding my milk allergy and working towards finding my limit. Being able to contact her at any time through the app is so helpful too.

The journey we have had with nishti was fantastic,having her available whenever we needed her was a bonus. I started working with Nishti after seeing one of her videos on YT.It was very easy to contact her and we had our discovery call to discuss the issue my little one was dealing with for over a year (very loose ,unformed stools most of the time random some normal ones but couldn't point what was causing any of it,I eliminated a lot of foods ,gluten, pulses,onions,high histamine & high fodmap etc but still no real improvement).
Nishti helped us immensely, she is such a great dietician and person ,she gave me the courage to start reintroducing foods back into little ones diet while she was watching everything on the app(meals I gave and poos she had).Knowing that she was watching was really reassuring and any questions/worry I had I could ask her.
We just came to the end of our journey today and I am so relieved to say that my little one is pooping normally again after so long and we managed to reintroduce dairy,eggs,gluten,pulses successfully.
I highly recommend that if you are a mom/dad keeping a journal and staying up at night researching what might be wrong with your little one give Nishti a chance to help you ,you don't have to do this alone anymore.Nishti is very professional but also friendly and empathetic,I really enjoyed our journey, my only regret is that I haven't met her earlier and spent over a year stressing myself and restricting my little one of foods she loves and needs.

Nishti went above and beyond to support my daughter and I. After one consultation, she immediately spotted my daughter was on the wrong formula, and within days we saw improvement with her skin and constipation. The daily communication (via app) is so valuable, especially through a tough time. Nishti was very caring and understanding throughout the whole process, and I now feel confident to continue the journey myself. Would highly recommend.

My experience was great, I loved the way she took all my worries in consideration and felt safe having access to the app 24/7 sharing all details of my baby so she has a better understanding of whats going on and to diagnose precisely. Nishti carried out a very thorough review to allow us to understand the extent of our daughter's allergies.

Her communication via the app was brilliant, and she gave us a sound education to help identify any reactions to potential allergens.

Alongside this, she gave us a clear plan on how to reintroduce the allergens and progress through the relevant 'ladders'.

Nishti was very understanding of the complexities of children's allergies and went over and above to offer her support.

Nishti was helpful when I reached out for advice on cmpa as I suspected my baby might have had it. She was great in sending me sample milks to try so I could try to see if they made a difference with my son. It was nice to speak to someone with a lot of knowledge on cmpa and to talk through my babies symptoms etc. i also really enjoyed watching her instagram reels where she speaks on cmpa for my own knowledge! Nishti is amazing, we had been struggling for over 3 years with symptoms for our daughter and not finding out what the cause was, we’d been passed around from medical professional to medical professional with not much success. Then we spoke to Nishti who could understand what we’d been facing, and this was the difference: she would stay with us through the journey to get some answers and make a plan for the way forward. True to her word she gave us clear steps to follow, she tracked our progress giving us feedback and what to do next, having check-ins with us and answering our many questions. Now as we move on from our time with her we can plan meals and a diet that can be symptom free, and we know how to introduce and test foods so overtime we can expand the range, but just having settled periods has made such a difference to my daughters wellbeing and quality of life. We are so pleased we decided to work with Nishti. She is empathetic and caring and interacted with our daughter so well and was always positive about us getting there, something that we as a family had lost hope in, to have that encouragement meant a lot. We had an online consultation with Nishti, following her analysing 2 weeks of our son's diet and stools. She gave good professional advice and a clear plan of action to change his diet and confirm her diagnosis of CMPA. We feel confident of what to do next and would definitely go back to Nishti if we need further help in the future.

Ifound about Nishti from the tik tok app she was talking about the blood poop for infant ,my baby has the same stiution for about 3 month , I decided to call her then I took her porgram . she follw with my baby 2 weeks . on these 2 weeks she was answerd so quik on any quisetion I asked she was so kind and very helpful .The blood desapear from my baby poop I advise every one need her help to contact with her without any hesitation.

I worked with Nishti to get to the bottom of my 3.5 year olds intolerances and symptoms. Nishti gave incredible advice and support throughout. She kept in regular contact in between meetings with her and was always available when I needed. Highly recommend.

We've contacted Nisthi because our baby had suspected CMPA , but the gp wasn't sure about and the waiting for the children's dietician was just too long.
Our story for short.
Little one started to show symptoms of his allergy very early on, 3 days after he was born and we were still in the hospital. Doctors , nurses , and lactation consultants were checking on us several times a day , he was vomiting often , crying in pain , also had gunky eyes but no one seemed to be worried or even thinking that something is wrong with him. After we finally got home from the hospital he was keep showing symptoms, but I was told different things but no one suspected his allergy . It was a constant battle with the gp in trying to find the right milk for him . He was 19 weeks old when we contacted Nisthi and she asked for pictures straight away . She urgently sent out some formula samples for us because she saw , how bad our little boys eczema was. And all his other symptoms. I was also told by the gp that his eczema is just baby eczema and it's not food related. What we know now with Nisthis's help that is not the true. His little body was fighting with the allergy. We tried all the milks what we could from cows to goats milk. Nothing helped. Once we receive the samples from Nisthi and started feeding him the SMA Alfamino his symptoms started to go away and the eczema was clearing up slowly. We decided with Nisthi that the settled baby would be the best for us , so we went on with it.
Nisthi was right there with us every step on the way . Texting every day , having live calls once/week to review all what we done. The plan what we agreed on supposed to last 4 weeks but she didn't let us go until she made sure that we are confident and fine with everything.
I would like say a BiG Thank you for all her support, and that she listened to my concerns and did everything what she could for us.
I can recommend Nisthi with confidence to ever parent out there who's baby suffering with allergies .
