We had a great experience working with nishti, while my baby battled with eczema..I was a happier mother knowing we had nishti there for us, for every question an concern. We worked with Nishti over last three months to support our daughter with histamine intolerance, eczema, and multiple food allergies. She was incredibly understanding, supportive, and knowledgeable throughout.

She helped us identify hidden food triggers, gave us clear guidance on safe foods, and built a balanced diet despite the restrictions. Her referral to Dr Costa led to a diagnosis of IgE allergy to multiple tree nuts.

The outcome has been amazing: our daughter now eats well, no longer needs Movicol, antihistamines, or steroid creams, and her eczema is finally under control. She’s now sleeping through the night without constant itching, and we’re slowly progressing with the milk ladder, confident in how to manage flare-ups.

Nishti is an excellent dietician. I was so overwhelmed and worried about my daughters eating. We went back to basics and took the pressure off and honoured my daughter appetite whilst laying firm boundaries. We took a holistic approach and with tips and guidance our daughters appetite has dramatically improved and she tries new food. I would definitely recommend Nishti. The daily check-ins were helpful and tips on how to improve diet. Our diet in turn has improved and my daughter no longer has to rely on laxatives. Thank you Nishti, we are so grateful. This is the start of a positive journey. My daughter has today finished all of her meals on her own accord whereas before we were lucky if she would eat any of her lunch/dinner. We have learnt a lot which we will continue to implement

We want to say a massive thank you to Nishti for helping us as parents and our baby at a time when the NHS failed to support us. As first-time parents navigating postpartum recovery while caring for a baby with CMPA and eczema, it was the most difficult and isolating experience we’ve ever faced. Nishti truly saved us and became our voice when we felt unheard by our GP.

No one fully knew the battle we were facing except Nishti. She understood and supported us when we felt completely alone. She deserves far more recognition for the dedication, compassion, and empathy she brings to the families she works with.

Her “Settled Baby Plan” was a lifeline. She helped us get the right formula for our little one, arranged prescriptions, secured a referral to an allergy clinic, and supported us through weaning and allergen introduction. The app she uses was incredible she checked in with us throughout the day, guided us with care, and made time for regular review meetings.

We will truly miss working with Nishti she became such an important part of our lives during a very difficult chapter. She went above and beyond for us, and we will always be grateful for her kindness and commitment.

We hope more families find their way to Nishti and don’t suffer in silence. This journey is incredibly hard, especially alone. No one really understands how tough it is until they go through it but with Nishti’s support, we didn’t have to face it alone.

Nishti has been wonderful with our 14-year old daughter.
Our daughter has been fussy with food from 18 months and a typical beige food eater after that. As a family, we just haven't been able to help her to try new foods and needed some help.
Nishti has given our daughter the inter-confidence to not be so frightened to try new foods. Nishti has such a caring and calming approach and I think she was the perfect person to help Lucy, who was outside the family. She is a fabulous listener and really empathises.

We had a wonderful experience with Nishti. She listened to all of our concerns, took everything on board and was offered lots of practical advice to help us, tailored to our own situation.

I suspected my baby girl had a dairy allergy and when she developed eczema I reached out to Nishti's choice to help identify what was causing her symptoms and flare ups.
Having daily contact with her and being able to log my food, my baby's symptoms and upload photos to the app was a HUGE weight off of my shoulders. Nishti oversaw everything and identified trigger foods that I would never have thought of if I was doing this alone.
As a breastfeeding mother, I felt supported to continue feeding my baby while modifying my diet to suit her needs. We discovered that it wasn't just food allergies that were affecting my baby, it was also her intolerance of foods high in histamine (we would never have identified this ourselves) During our time working with Nishti, my baby turned 6 months and Nishti was very helpful with weaning my baby especially when it came to the introduction of foods which are common allergens.
My baby has now been symptom free for many weeks and we have a plan on how to manage her confirmed allergies and histamine intolerances going forward. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time we have been fortunate enough to work with nishti and once again has been absolutely fantastic.

Nishti helped guide us on working through the wheat ladder, soy ladder, milk and egg ladder. These allergies were actually identified by nishti the first time we worked together.

To have the help and support we desperately needed on an every day basis was an added bonus , nishti was always prompt on responding to messages even on the weekends.

From the very first time speaking to her, I was amazed by how incredibly intelligent she is and how much knowledge she has on all things eczema and allergies. I have learnt so much from working alongside her over.

I can not recommend Nishti enough!! Her help and guidance have been invaluable to us as a family. Not only is she lovely to work with, she is so knowledgeable and understanding. After too many unsuccessful GP appointments and several trips to A and E due to a very distressed new-born who was dropping weight and having nose bleeds due to being so upset all the time, we were recommended to contact Nishti by a private paediatrician. At first we were very dubious whether she would be able to help as our daughter had already been prescribed 5 different types of formula and Omeprazole within the first few weeks of her life by different GP's. After our first consultation, Nishti was able to identify our daughter's CMPA and within weeks of starting her plan and putting our daughter on a new formula as well as thickener for her silent reflux, our daughter was a much happier and settled baby. We no longer dreaded feeding her and she was soon putting weight on! Furthermore Nishti helped us begin our weaning journey and has now prepared us to start the Milk Ladder, ensuring that at each step we feel confident and at ease doing it. Her app has been easy and straight forward to use and communication with her has been constant and efficient. I honestly can't thank her enough for all of her help.

Nishti has been fantastic. I've been second guessing myself for the whole of my son's life about whether he has some kind of allergy or intolerance. After many unsuccessful GP appointments with him as a baby and toddler we assumed we just had to wait it out and let it settle on its own. Which it has never fully done. Finally, we bit the bullet and sought a solution privately and I'm so pleased we were recommended to speak to Nishti. The cost of the initial consultation was so well worth it. We are part way through his milk elimination for 4 weeks and already seeing a difference in some symptoms that were holding him back. I feel so well informed and understand now what may have been going with my son all these years, and also finally have some strategies for how to make it better for him, which is a huge blessing.

I saw Nishti for my 2yr olds constipation which was not improving even with medication and unfortunately the GP’s and nurses were no help. Nishti honestly saved us when no-one else would listen. It’s been a long road of a full diet overhaul but my son is now medication free and his constipation has gone due to the improvement in his diet and figuring out what foods were causing it. We have a plan in place for the future when we introduce new foods and if anyone ever needs any nutrition help-I will absolutely be back with Nishti. On a final note-the level of communication and commitment that i received is like nothing I have ever had before-even messaging me on a Sunday after my son had had a tough couple of days and I was panicking! Simply fantastic and will be forever grateful

I initially contacted Nishti due to finally deciding to figure out a dietary issue which I'd been experiencing most of my adult life. It was something which I'd tried to investigate a few years earlier with my GP, however after a couple of tests I didn't really get very far.
Nishti put me in contact with Anna as her experience and knowledge fit my symptoms and would hopefully be best suited to help me.
During our first meeting Anna listened to my issues and some of the things I had already done myself as well as a couple of conclusions I had already come to through my own experiments with food exclusion.
We then talked through keeping a food diary, which was easy to do using the practice better app. Then FODMAPs which itself was a bit of a minefield, however with Anna's help I quickly started to understand high and low FODMAP foods.
By our third consultation I was already noticing a positive difference in my digestive symptoms, and importantly I felt more in control of my symptoms. I was better at identifying what foods were triggering and therefore I was able to plan food, work, and life better.
Anna helped build on this by talking to me about stacking certain foods, and then optimising my diet to further improve my initial symptoms, and also help with another issue I brought to her with food suggestions to lower my cholesterol following a blood test I'd recently had for hypertension.
Anna was great when communicating outside of our sessions, and gave me tons of valuable information for me to continue adjusting and fine tuning my diet.
Anna has really made a positive impact on my life, I just wish I had decided to contact Nishti years ago instead of waiting.

We contacted Nishti after a really difficult 6 months with our first baby who suffers from CMPA. Having visited the GP several times and even a night in hospital our concerns were still not taken seriously. We saw a private paediatrician who prescribed hydrolysed formula but our baby still wasn’t settled and comfortable after 8 weeks.

After contacting Nishti and starting the settled baby plan, she reviewed our daily journal and sent out a sample of new formula. Within days we saw a massive improvement and now he is completely free of all symptoms.

Nishti really was our saviour this past 6 months, with her support we introduced other allergens successfully and have a happy thriving baby who loves food. Nishti stayed in contact regularly checking in and making sure all is well, and we would not hesitate to use her services again.

Nishti supported us with our baby boy. As an allergy parent I was concerned that his symptoms may not be heard as they were mild. Nishti confirmed and immediately made changes, we saw an improvement very quickly. Nishti's service is very person centered, I felt like I could message with concerns and she would get back to us. Being supported with introduction of allergens was great, I didn't feel alone as this was a challenge with my first daughter.
